Abstract

The invention relates to plugging devices for bottles with liquid, in particular, to plugging devices comprising a dosing plug for bottle closing and can be used for bottles with alcoholic drinks, e.g. liqueur, the liquid of which contains auxiliary food materials (stems and plant roots, fruits, berries etc.) or which contain an increased sugar content (liqueurs, vermouths etc.). The closure comprises a metal housing on which an annular groove and end fullering are made, inside the metal housing a plug-measuring hopper is fixed which contains a housing, an outlet opening, a cover, a conical insert, an annular groove, a thread, a tongue. The conical insert is hollow and cut off from below. Sealing rings are made on the lower and upper parts of the conical inserts. The output opening of the plug-measuring hopper is made with a possibility of fastening in it after turning off of the cover of geyser. Provision is made for complete emptying the bottle together with said auxiliary food materials (stems and plant roots, fruits, berries etc.) which freely leave the bottle through the bottle neck, there also provided reliable sealing and quick beverage dispensing.

Description

The invention relates to closure devices for bottles with a liquid, in particular to devices for closing bottles containing a dispenser, and can be used for bottles with alcoholic beverages, such as tinctures, the liquid of which contains auxiliary food materials (plant stems and roots, fruits, berries and the like) or which have a high sugar content (liqueurs, vermouths, etc.).

Known sealing device for a bottle with a liquid, including a metering cap, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet openings and a locking element in the form of a moving ball placed inside a conical insert, to a larger diameter which is attached a spherical gasket mounted with the possibility of movement along the axis, the upper part forming the surface of the casing of the dosing tube has an annular groove and thread, and in the lower part of this surface there are windows, the bottom side of which has fixing elements, direction inside. In the specified closure device, the conical insert is made elongated; therefore, a certain amount of liquid always remains in it, even with the bottle completely turned over. At the same time, the auxiliary food materials in the bottle (plant stems and roots, fruits, berries, etc.) cannot be easily removed from it.

The basis of the invention is the task of creating a closure device for a bottle with a liquid with a stopper dispenser, which would make it possible to completely pour the liquid out of the bottle along with auxiliary food materials (stems and roots of plants, fruits, berries, etc.) that fell freely from the bottle through the neck, and also ensure reliable sealing and accelerated the dosed bottling of beverages.

The problem is solved by the fact that in the sealing device for a bottle with a liquid, including a metal case, on which an annular groove and end tuck-up are performed, a metering plug is fixed inside the metal case, comprising a case, an outlet, a cap, a conical insert, an annular groove, a thread , the tongue according to the invention, the conical insert is made hollow and cut off from the bottom, on the lower and upper outer parts of the conical insert are made sealing rings, and the outlet tube -dozatora adapted to fix therein geyser after unscrewing the cap.

The metal case of the closure device is made of aluminum as a separate part.

A lithographic image can be applied to a metal case.

The geyser can be made of stainless steel or plastic.

Performing a conical insert hollow and cut from the bottom provides the ability to completely pour the liquid out of the bottle along with auxiliary food materials.

The implementation of the sealing rings on the upper and lower parts of the conical insert contributes to a high sealing bottle closure.

The use of a geyser fixed in the bore of the metering plug speeds up the spilling of beverages and avoids unplanned spills.

The metal case of the closure device, made in the form of a separate part, allows to apply an image (lithographic drawing) by means of special technological equipment before the dispensing plug is inserted into it.

The metering plug is fixed by end-tacking, performed at the bottom of the metal case of the sealing device, which also serves to increase the rigidity of the entire device.

The closing device for a bottle with a liquid includes a metal body 1, for example made of aluminum, made as a separate part. On the metal case 1 can be made slots 2 (Fig. 4). An annular groove 3 and end tuck-up 4 are made on the metal case 1. Inside the metal case 1, a dosing plug is fixed, comprising a case 5, inside which is placed a hollow and bottom-cut conical insert 6 with an outlet 7. The horse

The upper part of the casing 5 of the metering plug has a thread 9, the cover 10, and in the lower part there are windows 11, the bottom side of which has locking elements 12. The cover 10 of the metering stopper has a tongue 13 mechanically rolled by an annular groove 3 when assembling the closure device.

The outlet 7 of the metering plug is adapted to be fixed therein after unscrewing the lid 10 of the geyser 16, which can be made of stainless steel or plastic.

In the closed position, the closure device is on a bottle of liquid (not shown). Opening the bottle occurs by turning the device counterclockwise, and the dispensing cap cover 10 moves upward along the thread 9. When the bottle is tilted, the liquid is poured out through the dispensing plug outlet 7. The tongue 13 serves as an indicator of the bottle opening control: after the first opening of the lid 10, the tongue 13 will never enter the annular groove 3 again.

The closure of the bottle is possible by winding the cap 10 of the metering plug over the thread 9 clockwise and closing the outlet 7, as a result of which the pouring of the liquid becomes impossible.

The geyser 16 is inserted into the dosing cap when the lid 10 is already unscrewed. This makes it possible to dose the liquid. The most common use of such a geyser in cafes, bars in the preparation of cocktails or when you need to pour the exact amount of liquid.
