Description

The invention relates to the field of creating personal protective equipment.

Known protective kit consisting of a bulletproof vest and neck and shoulder lining (KI 2072084 C1, 1997). The protective kit, known from the indicated patent of the Russian Federation, includes a bulletproof vest, consisting of the thoracic and dorsal sections, and means of securing the sections together. At the same time, the chest section contains armor elements, fabric pockets for placement of armor elements, a package of ballistic fabric and a case, as well as a neck and shoulder pad in the form of interconnected collar and fabric yoke containing fabric protective bags and collar and yoke covers. The neck shoulder pad is provided with a removable cover that has openings for autonomous adjustment belts connecting the yoke to the belt of the belt. Additionally, there is a shoulder roller to prevent creeping of wearable equipment belts. Inside the roller belts are placed to evacuate a wounded user of a bulletproof vest. These belts are folded in several rows to fill the inner space of the roller. For this reason, the roller does not have a stable shape, which makes it difficult to carry the necessary property.

In addition, there is a stop roller for fixing the butt of the weapon when firing. The roller is in one position, because fixed along the entire contour of the base to the cover, which complicates the use of weapons.

The armor elements in the famous vest are located in pockets on the circuit board, behind which is a package of ballistic fabric. Circuit board pockets quickly fail. For protection from precipitation, a water-repellent fabric is used to make the outer cover.

The invention is directed to the creation of a protective kit that does not have the above disadvantages.

The technical result of the invention is the creation of a protective kit with a more rigid system for attaching a bulletproof vest and neck and shoulder lining, with an antitraumatic package placed in the tissue protection structure, which leads to an overall increase in the complex of protective properties.

A protective kit is proposed, including a bulletproof vest with chest and dorsal sections, means for securing sections between each other, with the sections containing armor elements, fabric pockets for placing armor elements, a package of ballistic fabric and a case, and a neck and shoulder pad in the form of a collar and fabric yoke containing fabric protective bags and collar and yoke covers. Moreover, the neck braid and body armor are equipped with a system of fastening them together, made in the form of connecting belts and buckles, while the connecting belts are fixed on the packages of the ballistic fabric of the vest and the yoke of the neck and shoulder lining, and an anti-traumatic package is made in the package structure of the ballistic fabric.

The protective kit can be additionally equipped with a transport vest to accommodate wearable items of equipment.

The bulletproof vest includes chest and back sections and means for securing the sections to each other, each section containing armor elements, fabric pockets for placing armor elements, a ballistic fabric package, an anti-traumatic package and a case, and the armor elements are located in pockets embedded in the ballistic fabric package with the possibility of of the extraction, in front of the armor elements are additionally placed anti-splinter packages of ballistic fabric, and the shoulder valve of the chest section of the body armor on the inside, additionally with erzhit amortization pillow.

The vest contains a pouch made of a Terlon or other fire resistant fabric.

The chest and back sections of the body armor are fitted with adjusting connecting straps attached to a bag of ballistic fabric.

A packet of ballistic tissue can be fragmented at the bottom of the bag into several bags to drain water from the bag when wet.

The armor elements are located in pockets embedded in a package of ballistic fabric with the ability to extract.

The protective kit (see Fig. 1) includes a bulletproof vest with chest 1 and back 2 sections, as well as fastening means in the form of a shoulder valve 3 and a waist valve 4 for fastening the sections together.

The sections of the bulletproof vest contain armor elements 5 (upper) and 6 (lower), fabric pockets 7 and 8 for their placement, a package 9 of ballistic fabric and a case of the bulletproof vest 10.

The neck-shoulder pad 11 is made in the form of interconnected collar 12 and fabric yoke 13. Performing a neck-shoulder lining of individual parts - the collar and fabric yoke allows you to increase the flexibility of the entire neck-shoulder lining.

The neck and shoulder pad and body armor are fitted with a fastening system between them, made in the form of connecting belts and buckles, while the connecting belts are fixed on the ballistic bags of the vest and the yoke of the neck and shoulder lining, and in the package structure of the ballistic fabric an anti-traumatic bag is made (in FIG. 1 not shown).

The cover of the vest is made with holes 14 for outputting the connecting belts of the vest for fastening with a neck-humeral overlay.

The bulletproof vest is additionally equipped with a climatic support 15.

The backing 15 is made in the form of 1-2 layers of fabric with polyethylene foam rollers 16 attached.

The neck and shoulder pad is provided with a shoulder roller 17 containing a dense filler to prevent creeping of wearable property belts.

The neck and shoulder pad is also provided with a stop roller 18 for fixing the butt of the weapon when firing, which is made movable, fixed only on the inner side of the base, which allows the user to find the necessary position of the butt when firing.

The neck and shoulder pad is made quick-release with a fastener 19 in the front with dirt-protected adjustment under it.

FIG. 2 depicts a transport vest to accommodate wearable items of equipment.

The transport vest includes a lap belt 20 and two shoulder belts 21 and 22 connected at the back with each other. On the belts are placed pockets to accommodate wearable items of equipment.

The proposed protective kit has a more rigid system for attaching a bulletproof vest and neck-shoulder lining by attaching fastening and adjustment straps not to the body armor covers and the neck and shoulder lining covers, but directly to more rigid ballistic fabric packages. This solution allows you to improve the performance characteristics of the protective kit - during the movements the body armor and the neck and shoulder pad do not move relative to each other and ensure the stability of protection. For a long service life does not occur detachment (destruction) of fastening and adjusting belts.

The structure of tissue protection is anti-traumatic package, which leads to an increase in the protective properties of ingress of damaging elements.

Due to the fact that the armor elements are located in pockets embedded in a common ballistic package, a more tight fit and reliable fixation of armor elements relative to each other is ensured, and the durability of the pockets during combat operation is also enhanced.

The shoulder valve of the chest section from the inside of it has a cushioning cushion, which eliminates skin abrasions in the shoulder area when wearing a protective kit.

Each component of the anti-traumatic package has a certain number of parts with certain dimensions, which allows you to make a smooth transition of the thickness of each component of the package along the entire contour of the anti-traumatic package itself. All this improves the fit on the user's figure, and hence the ergonomic indicators of the protective kit.

Climatic head is a removable device (fastened with buttons and / or textile fastener (velcro) to the inside of the vest cover.

The fragments of the backwater are fixed on its fabric base in certain places, which allows them to spring and bend as the user moves.

Fragments of the climatic support are covered with a cloth, which increases its service life.

The use of the claimed invention will lead to an overall increase in the complex of protective properties.
