Abstract
1. Suspension of a heavy structural part (2) on a support (1) more particularly of a railway vehicle, which support comprises a wedge-shaped seating (1a) which is open towards the bottom and has two limbs (1b) connected to the support (1), the structural part (2) being frictionally and positively locked with the seating (1a) via a wedge-shaped connection part (2a) corresponding in shape to the seating (1a) on the support, characterised in that the wedge-shaped seating (1a) is non-deformable as a result of the rigid design and rigid connection of the two limbs (1b) on the support (1), the positive-locking engagement of the connection part (2a) in the seating (1a) being obtained by vertical relative movement of the connection part (2a), and the prestressing force acting downwards upon the connection part (2) in a vertical direction.
