Abstract

Method of fastening a pillar 31 essentially vertically to a foundation 33, bolt means 35 being fastened to the pillar in such a manner that they extend outwards from one of the end surfaces thereof. A first nut means 41 is then mounted on each bolt means 35, after which the pillar 31 is mounted on the foundation 33, in which a cavity 38 has been made for each bolt means. This cavity is intended to accommodate the respective bolt means with lateral play and opens into an access opening 39 which is formed in the foundation. When the pillar 31 has been mounted on the foundation 33, each nut means 41 is positioned on the foundation and each bolt means 35 is inserted into the access opening via the cavity connected thereto, after which second nut means 43 are mounted on the bolt means via the respective access opening in order to secure the pillar - after adjustment thereof by means of the first nut means - to the foundation in interaction with said first nut means. <IMAGE>
