Claims (7)
1. Lasersystem (1) til at udføre ophthalmologiske indgreb med en impulslaser (3) til afgivelse af laserimpulser, hvor impulslaseren (3) har en impulsvarighed i nanosekund-området, en fokuseringsoptik (5) til generering af mindst et brændpunkt i det forreste område (17) af et øje (18) afen patient, en afbøjningsindretning (6) til at variere brændpunktets position i det forreste område (17) af patientens øje (18), og en styreenhed til styring af afbøjningsindretningen (6), kendetegnet ved, at lasersystemet (1) er udformet i et hus (2) af lasersystemet (1) for at danne en håndholdt indretning, til hvilket formål huset (2) har håndtag (10) og støttepunkter (11), hvilke støttepunkter (11) ligger på ansigtet og især på næsen af patienten under det ophthalmologiske indgreb.
2. Lasersystem (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at lasersystemet (1) er udformet til at udføre en anterior-kapsulotomi eller en posterior-kapsulotomi på det frit bevægelige øje (18).
3. Lasersystem (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at impulslaseren (3) har en indretning, som er udformet til at ændre en frekvens af laserimpulserne for at udføre operationer i det bagerste område (19) af øjet (18).
