Description

MAGNETIC HOLDER SUPPORT AND MAGNET SET FOR SPECTACLE FIXING, AND USE OF THE SETS AND HELMET FOR CYCLIST
Description
The invention concerns a holder support for the temporary fitting of spectacles to an object, with at least one spectacle holding part that can be affixed to a spectacle temple arm of spectacle frames, which has magnetic and/or magnetisable material and which enables a direct, disconnectable fitting of the spectacles to a magnetic and/or magnetisable object, or for a random material of the object an indirect fitting by means of at least one object holder part that can be fitted to the object, which has magnetic and/or magnetisable material, wherein the material pairing is selected in such a way that a magnetic force acts between the spectacle holding part and the object or on spectacle holding part fitted to the object and the object holder part.
The invention further concerns a magnet set for fitting spectacles to a random object, with the holder support described above. The invention also concerns the use of this magnet set as well as a bicycle helmet with such a magnet set.
Sunglasses are often worn as vision protectors for the eyes in many area of daily life, for example whilst riding a bicycle or driving a car. Such protective spectacles normally have tinted spectacle lenses, which reduce light permeability to the eyes of the wearer. If light conditions change frequently such spectacles are normally repeatedly put on and taken off. It is pleasant and desirable here to store the discarded sunglasses accessible within reach of the driver in a position-secured way, so that the spectacles can be discarded and taken up again quickly without the driver having to apply much concentration and attention when these are required. In particular when racing bicycles it may also be necessary that untinted and tinted spectacles are used alternately depending on visibility conditions. In the absence of a storage means a fast change is however usually lacking.
We refer to publication DE 71 16 431 U as an example of prior art for magnetic spectacle holders. This utility patent discloses a holding device for spectacles, with a magnet or a magnetisable body arranged on or in the spectacle frames, which enables a fixing of the spectacles in cooperation with a magnetisable body or in cooperation with a magnet. The magnet or the magnetisable body can be fixed to the spectacle frames by means of a clamping device. The magnet is allocated to a holding device that can be fixed to an object, which consists of a plastic body and had a recess for receiving the magnet, wherein a magnetic plate is arranged in the recess. The magnet or the magnetisable body envisaged for the spectacle frames is arranged on or in the nose bridge of the spectacles. This has the disadvantage that the spectacles must be fixed with spectacle nose bridges fitted to the lens frames and that the spectacle lenses can therefore come into contact with the object to which the holding device is fixed, and that the lenses of the spectacles can thus be scratched.
We also refer to publications US 2006/0055869 A1 and US 6,168,276 B1 for prior art.
The disclosure publication US 2006/0055869 A1 discloses a magnetic bracket for spectacles, which have a right and a left spectacle temple arm, which are pivotably attached to a spectacle frame body. The magnetic bracket can be detachably connected with the spectacles and comprises two identically designed clamp sections, of which one each is envisaged for the spectacle temple arms. Each clamp section has a clamp body made from an elastomer material, with a magnet received in the same, wherein a through channel extends through one section of each clamp body envisaged for receiving the spectacle temple arm. The through channel is configured in such a way that the spectacle temple arm can glide through the channel and widen the same. The two clamp sections cooperate with each other when affixed to the spectacles when the two spectacle temple arms are folded up, in that the two magnets will then attract each other due to their magnetic force, so that they are brought into abutment with each other and held in this way. The magnetic force also acts through the thin material of clothing if a part of such clothing is held between the spectacle temple arms. The magnetic clamp creates a friction-locked connection through the clothing part and thus prevents an undesired relative movement of the spectacles in relation to the clothing.
Patent US 6,168,276 B1 teaches a magnetic holding device, in particular for spectacles with spectacle frames including two lens frames and two arms hinged to said lens frames. The holding device consists of at least two device parts, of which one each is intended for the hinged arrangement on the lens frames or the arms. The device parts have a magnet, which is directly cooperates with a magnetic or magnetisable object, or acts via a corresponding counterpiece to be fitted to a non-magnetised or -magnetisable object, or indirectly via such a counterpiece also with a magnetised or magnetisable object, and the spectacles are therefore detachably fixed there by means of magnetic force. The magnets can be connected with the spectacle frames in any way here, for example injected into the same, glued, pinned, screwed into the same, or fitted to adhere to it in some other way.
Based on this prior art it is the task of the invention to suggest a possibility where the spectacles can be deposited during use on differently arranged surfaces of different objects, and contact between the spectacle lenses and object is safely prevented.
This task is solved according to the invention by a magnetically acting holder support with the characteristics of independent claim 1 as well as by a magnet set with the characteristics of subordinate claim 4. Further advantageous embodiments can be found in the respective claims that refer back to the same.
Accordingly the holder support for the temporary fitting of spectacles to an object is designed as at least one spectacle holding part as a moulded elastomer preform. The respective spectacle holding part can be fixed to spectacle frames. It has a magnetic and/or magnetisable material and enables a direct disconnectable fixing of the spectacles with a magnetic and/or magnetisable object, or an indirect fixing in the case of another material via at least one object holder part that can be fitted to the object, which as a magnetic and/or magnetisable material. The material pairing is selected in such a way here that a magnetic force acts between the spectacle holding part and the object, or the spectacle holding part and the object holder part, which is sized in such a way that the spectacles are held safely. It is clear that the magnetic holding force is increased with two or more spectacle holding parts fitted on the spectacles, and that the spectacles are also increasingly stabilised in their spatial position. The spectacle holding part designed as a moulded elastomer preform is elastic and can adapt well to the shape of the spectacle frames, for example the lens frames, the nose bridge or the arms, and thus lies positionally stable against the same. It is preferably adapted to the envisaged fitting location in its shape. It can for example be connected with the spectacles frames in a positive-, friction-locking or substance-bonded form, either detachably or non-detachably. The fitting to the same is safe and cannot be disconnected unintentionally even at great heat or in the rain. The moulded elastomer preform is for example made of silicone. The at least one spectacle holding part can be easily pushed onto a spectacle temple arm under tension. Preferred is a positioning near the hinges of the spectacle frame connecting the lens frames and the arm.
According to the invention the spectacle holding part has a tubular receiving portion for the spectacle temple arm, i.e. a kind of cylindrical receiving sleeve, and a dimensionally stable contact portion for the object or the object holder part fitted to the object. The sleeve-shaped receptacle for the spectacle temple arms can be designed with any cross-sectional shape, for example round, conical, rectangular, square or suchlike. It can be pushed onto the arm in an elastic positive-locking way. Spectacle holding parts with differently shaped receiving portion are favourably envisaged here, i.e. different versions with narrower or wider sleeve diameters, for covering thick or thin spectacle temple arms. The spectacle holding part supports itself on the object with a direct disconnectable fixing of the spectacle with this dimensionally stable contact portion, or on the object holder part with an indirect fixing of the spectacles on the object. The abutment against the same is preferably at least line-shaped. A spatial abutment has been found to be particularly favourable. For the case that the magnetic or magnetisable material of the spectacle holding part has the form of a solid body, this is received in the contact portion of the moulded elastomer preform.
To enable a depositing of the spectacles in particular on surfaces that are positioned diagonal to each other it is necessary to either design the contact portion opposite the receiving portion on the spectacles or on the object holder part flexibly as a holding section that comes into contact with the receiving portion on the spectacles, as opposed to a fastening portion with which the object holder part can be fitted to an object. It is also envisaged for the holder support according to the invention that the receiving portion and the contact portion are connected to pivot in relation to each other via a flexible connecting portion extending between the same. The connecting portion is preferably designed thinner than the receiving portion and the contact portion. The connecting portion flexibly connects the receiving portion and the contact portion with each other. It can be elastically deformed in all directions and can be stretched, compressed, folded, bent or twisted. The respective deformation is realised by means of magnetic force which acts between the spectacle holding part and the object or between the same and the object holder part fitted on the object. This force adapts the spatial position of the connecting portion to the shape of the object when this for example has an uneven, wavy or bent fitting surface. A connecting portion made of a softer material can also be used instead of a thinner connecting portion. This can for example be injected moulded on or glued to the receiving portion and/or the contact portion.
The holder support according to the invention is primarily envisaged for use whilst cycling. Further potential application areas are all types of sport where a helmet is worn. These are for example skiing, climbing and boating, for example kayaking or rafting. The suggested holder support can of course be used for all types of spectacles, i.e. not only for spectacles that protect against light (sunglasses), but also for spectacles that protect against dirt and insects or normal spectacles for compensating visual impairment. The putting on, discarding or changing of the spectacles takes place according to changing light conditions, due to misting up or soiling of the spectacles, as well as when sweat needs to be wiped off the face. The user of the spectacles often only has the use of one hand for picking up the spectacles and putting them on or taking them off and putting them down. These activities are for example risky and unsafe whilst cycling, at high speed or in difficult terrain. The same applies when skiing and climbing. It is therefore of advantage, and actually also necessary under these conditions to be able to fit the spectacles “blind” to the respective object, such as for example on the helmet, on clothing, on sports equipment or suchlike, easily and safely or to remove them from the same, i.e. without being distracted or having to glance at the same. The invention facilitates this extremely, as even an imprecise positioning of the spectacles will be self-aligned and pulled by the spectacles by means of the magnetic force between the spectacle holding part and the object, or the spectacle holding part and the object holder part. This works even without training, single-handedly and immediately.
With one embodiment of the holder support according to the invention the magnetic or magnetisable material of the spectacle holding part is homogeneously distributed and embedded in the contact portion of the moulded elastomer preform. It is for example included in a plastic elastomer matrix in powder form. The matrix surrounds the particles made of magnetic and/or magnetisable material, which is for example bound to the matrix by means of adhesive or cohesive forces. Such magnetic or magnetisable compound materials are generally known.
With one embodiment of the holder support according to the invention the magnetic or magnetisable material of the spectacle holding part is formed as a solid body, which is received in the contact portion of the moulded elastomer preform. The corresponding solid body is overmoulded with a plastic elastomer material or is inserted into a receiving pocket in a moulded elastomer preform.
The magnet set according to the invention for fitting spectacles to any object has at least one spectacle holding part as described above and at least one object holder part to be fitted to an object. The object holder part is designed as a elastomer moulded structure and has a magnetic or magnetisable material in such a way that a magnetic force acts between the spectacle holding part and the object holder part, which enables a disconnectable fixing of the spectacles on the object.
The magnetic or magnetisable material of the object holder part is either homogeneously distributed and embedded in the elastomer moulded structure with this elastomer moulded structure or is formed as a solid body, which is received in the elastomer moulded structure. The elastomer moulded structure is therefore constructed and designed to correspond to the moulded elastomer preform of the spectacle holding part. It does however differ in its geometric shape. The shape of the elastomer moulded structure will depend on the shape of the object to which the spectacles are to be temporarily affixed. The object holder part is adapted to the shape of the object. As it is made from plastic elastomer material it can adapt to the shape of the object at least in part when it is positive-, friction-locked with or substance-bonded to the same.
The object holder part can preferably be glued to the object with the magnet set according to the invention. In addition the elastomer moulded structure can have an adhesive layer on the side facing the object, or a double-sided adhesive strip can be envisaged. Alternatively the object holder part can also be designed in such a way that it can be fitted by means of an envisaged Velcro tape, wherein one part of the Velcro tape can be inserted into the elastomer moulded structure during manufacture. The object holder part can therefore be positive- and friction-locked to a rod-shaped object and tensioned with the same.
The object holder part preferably has a fastening portion for the object and a holding section for the spectacle holding part. The latter is in particular dependent on the shape of the object and the spectacle holding part. The elastomer moulded structure is preferably designed flat, U-shaped or bowl-shaped or double-T-shaped. The holding section is especially adapted to the geometry of the contact portion of the spectacle holding part here, and the fastening portion is at least roughly adapted to the spatial geometry of the object. The double-T-shaped elastomer moulded structure design especially has a connection bridge between the fastening portion for the object and the holding section for the spectacle holding part. It is designed thinner than the fastening portion and the holding section, so that the fastening portion and the holding section are connected pivotably in relation to each other.
With one embodiment of the invention the magnet set has at least two spectacle holding parts and at least two, preferably two or more, further identical of differently designed object holder parts. The further object holder parts enable the selective fixing of the spectacle to different objects, wherein the object holder parts are adapted to the different objects.
The magnet set advantageously has at least one additional elastic support cushion part for a nose bridge and/or a lens frame of the spectacle frame, which can be connected with the object. The spectacles can be additionally supported on the same and its position is thus stabilised. It is also safely prevented that the lenses of the spectacles touch the object and are possibly damaged when this occurs. If necessary several small support cushions can be used in addition to the large support cushion part to avoid a rattling of the spectacles on the object. This enables a backlash-free positioning of the spectacles on the helmet. Such support cushion parts can for example be formed self-adhesive on one side and fleecy on the other side.
The moulded elastomer preform, the elastomer moulded structure and/or the elastically designed support cushion part favourably have a typical Shore hardness of between 15 and 45 SHA preferably of 20 to 30 SHA. These therefore have adequate dimensional stability and good flexibility to safely hold the spectacles whilst still being able to adapt to the shape of the object.
The holder support according to the invention as well as the magnet set according to the invention for the temporary fitting of spectacles to an object as described above are preferably envisaged for use in connection with a bicycle helmet and/or bicycle handlebars.
The bicycle helmet according to the invention has a magnet set according to the invention, as described above, for the temporary fitting of spectacles to a bicycle helmet. The optionally envisaged further object holder parts and the at least one additional support cushion part alternately also enable the fitting of the spectacles to the bicycle handlebars. This gives the user the possibility of using two pairs of spectacles alternately without stopping, which is of advantage in particular during competitions and under different lighting conditions. The object holder parts provided enable fitting on a helmet, on racing bike handlebars and/or or mountain bike handlebars. The additional support cushion parts, which can be applied to the handlebar stem cap of various bicycle types (racing bike or mountain bike), make the bicycle helmet with the magnet set according to the invention suitable for universal use. The design of individual parts in different colours allow an adaptation to the spectacles, the helmet or the rest of the outfit of the user. An extremely high magnet fixing as well as the adaptive self-alignment of the magnets mean that even very strong vibration or impacts cannot separate the spectacles from the helmet or the handlebars.
The invention will now be explained in more detail below with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawing. Further characteristics of the invention result from the following description of the embodiment example of the invention in connection with the enclosed drawings. Individual characteristics of the invention can be realised on their own or as several together in the various embodiments of the object according to the invention. Shown are:

Figures 1 and 2 show a holder support 1 according to the invention for the temporary fitting of spectacles 2 to an object 3, which is a bicycle helmet in Figure 1 and bicycle handlebars in Figure 2, in a perspective illustration. The holder support 1 has two spectacle holding parts 5 mounted on the spectacle frame 4, which are of a magnetic design, and which enable an indirect fixing to the respective object 3 by means of an object holder part 6 each fitted to the object 3, which is of a magnetic or magnetisable design. The spectacle holding parts 5 adhere to the object holder parts 6 by means of magnetic force. The spectacle holding parts 5 are designed as moulded elastomer preforms 5’ and the object holder parts 6 as elastomer moulded structure 6’. The spectacle holding parts 5 are pushed onto spectacle temple arms 7 of the spectacle frame 4 of the spectacles 2 in a positive-locking way under tension. The object holder parts 6 are glued to the respective object 3. The spectacle holding part 5 designed as a moulded elastomer preform 5’ is elastic and has adapted itself to the shape of the spectacle temple arm 7, and thus lies against the same in a positionally stable way. It is arranged near a connection joint 8, where the spectacle temple arms 7 are pivotably connected with the lens frames 9 of the spectacle frame 4. The two object holder parts 6 are each fitted on the object 3 at a side distance from each other. They lie exactly opposite the spectacle holding part 5. In Figure 1 the two object holder parts 6 are fitted to a helmet peak 10 of the bicycle helmet 3 and in Figure 2 on the steering rod 11 of the bicycle handlebars 3. In Figure 1 the lens frames 9 are supported on the helmet peak 10, in Figure 2 on an elastic support cushion part 12 fitted to a handlebar stem 13 of the bicycle handlebars 3, which support the steering rod 11. The support cushion part 12 is glued to the handlebar stem 13.
Figure 3 illustrates an embodiment of the spectacle holding part 5 in Figures 3a to 3d, which is designed as moulded elastomer preforms 5’. With these moulded elastomer preforms 5’ the magnetic material of the spectacle holding part 5 is formed as a solid magnetic body 14, which is received in the moulded elastomer preforms 5’. The magnet 14 is overmoulded with a plastic elastomer material. The spectacle holding part 5 here has a tubular expandable receiving portion 15 for the spectacle temple arm 7 of the type of a cylindrical receiving sleeve and a cubeshaped dimensionally stable contact portion 16 for the object holder part 6 fitted to the object 3. The magnet 14 is arranged in the contact portion 16. The receiving portion 15 and the contact portion 16 of the spectacle holding part 5 are connected to pivot in relation to each other by means of a flexible connecting portion 17 extending between the same. This connecting portion 17 is designed substantially thinner than the receiving portion 15 and the contact portion 16. It flexibly connects the receiving portion 15 and the contact portion 16 with each other. It is elastically deformable in all directions and can be stretched, compressed, folded, bent or twisted.
Figure 4 illustrates an embodiment of the object holder part 6 in Figures 4a to 4c, which is designed as a flat elastomer moulded structure 6’. The magnetic material of the object holder part 6 of this elastomer moulded structure 6’ is formed as a strip-shaped solid magnetic body 18 received in the moulded elastomer preform 6’. The magnet 18 is inserted into a receiving pocket 23 of the object holder part 6. The object holder part 6 here has a fastening portion 19 for the object 3, in which the receiving pocket 23 is formed as an outwardly open recess, and a holding section 20 for the spectacle holding part 5, which is of a level design.
Figure 5 illustrates another embodiment of the object holder part 6 in Figures 5a to 5c, which is designed as a three-dimensional elastomer moulded structure 6’. The object holder part 6 is of a U-shaped design in this case. With this elastomer moulded structure 6’ the magnetic material of the object holder part 6 is formed as a solid magnetic body 18, which is received in the moulded elastomer preform 6’. The magnet 18 is overmoulded with a plastic elastomer material. The object holder part 6 has a fastening portion 19 for the object 3 and a holding section 20 for the spectacle holding part 5. The magnet 18 is arranged in the holding section 20, wherein the fastening portion 19 and the holding section 20 are rigidly connected with each other in this embodiment example of the object holder part 6.
Figure 6 shows the spectacle holding part 5 and the object holder part 6 connected with each other once more in Figures 6a and 6b and 6C, wherein these are magnetically held in abutment with each other. Figure 6a clarifies that the tubular receiving portion 15 for the spectacle temple arm 7 can be deflected to the side in relation to the cube-shaped contact portion 16, wherein the longitudinal central axes of the receiving portion 15 and the contact portion 16 remain parallel with each other. Figure 6b illustrates that the tubular receiving portion 15 can also be deflected upwards in relation to the contact portion 16, wherein the longitudinal central axes of the receiving portion 15 and the contact portion 16 change their angle position to each other. In practice both deflection types will normally overlay. Figure 6c clarifies this once more. The deflection into both directions is realised with a deformation of the connecting portion 17.
Figures 7a to 7c show a spectacle holding part 5 that is not according to the invention, and Figures 8a to 8d an alternatively designed object holder part 6, each designed in pairs with each other. With these embodiment examples illustrated there the spectacle holding part 5 is also designed as moulded elastomer preforms 5’ and the object holder part 6 also as a elastomer moulded structure 6’. The spectacle holding part 5 has a tubular expandable receiving portion 15 for the spectacle temple arm 7 and a cube-shaped dimensionally stable contact portion 16. These are directly connected with each other in a bend-proof, preferably rigid way. The embodiment example illustrated in Figure 3 lacks an existing flexible connecting portion 17 between the receiving portion 15 and the contact portion 16. The associated object holder part 6 is of the double-T-shaped design and has a fastening portion 19 for the object 3 and a holding section 20 for the spectacle holding part 5, like the embodiment example. The fastening portion 19 and the holding section 20 are connected to pivot in relation to each other by means of a flexible connection bridge 21. The function of the connection bridge 21 equals that of the connecting portion 17 of Figure 3. The magnet 14 is arranged in the contact portion 16 of the spectacle holding part 5 and the magnet 18 in the holding section 20 of the object holder section 6 in this case as well. The connection bridge 21 is designed thinner than the fastening portion 19 and the holding section 20, so that the fastening portion 19 and the holding section 20 are connected to pivot in relation to each other. The connection bridge 21 can be elastically deformed in all directions, for example stretched, compressed, folded, bent or twisted.
An embodiment example for an additional elastic support cushion part 12 for the lens frames 9 of the spectacle frame 4 to be connected with the object 3 is illustrated in Figures 9a, 9b. The spectacles 2 are additionally supported on this according to Figure 2 and are thus positionally stabilised. The support cushion part 12 is designed as an annular disc with a central access opening towards the fork head screw of the bicycle handlebars. It is preferably connected with the handlebar stem 13 in a similar way to the object holder part 6, for example glued to the same. The support cushion part 12 is also designed as an elastomer preform. It has a number of abutment nubs 22 protruding in the direction of the spectacles.
Figures 10a, 10b show a further alternatively designed elastic support cushion part 12 of an elongated shape. The spectacles 2 can additionally support themselves on this similar to the embodiment example illustrated in Figure 2, when the handlebar stem 13 is extremely long and a round support cushion part 12 is not suitable for stabilising the spectacles in their position. The support cushion part 12 is designed as a disc with a central receiving opening. It is preferably connected with the handlebar stem 13 similar to the object holder part 6, for example glued to the same. The support cushion part 13 is also designed as an elastomer preform.
It has a number of abutment nubs 22 protruding in the direction of the spectacles. The receiving opening of the support cushion part 12 as well as the receiving opening of the support cushion part 13 serve to enable access to the fork head screw of the respective bicycle.

Claims (12)

1. Vedhæftningsholder (1) til midlertidig fastholdelse af en brille (2) på et objekt (3), med mindst én på en brillestangsbøjle (7) af et brillestel (4) anbringelig brilleholderdel (5), der omfatter et magnetisk og/eller magnetiserbart materiale, og som med et magnetisk og/eller magnetiserbart objekt (3) danner en direkte løsbar fastholdelse af brillen (2), eller med et vilkårligt objektmateriale (3) muliggør en indirekte fastgøring via mindst én på objektet (3) fastgørbar objektholderdel (6), der indeholder magnetisk og/eller magnetiserbart materiale, hvor materialekombinationen er valgt således, at der mellem brilleholderdelen (5) og objektet (3), eller brilleholderdelen (5) og den på objektet (3) fastgjorte objektholderdel (6) virker en magnetisk kraft, hvor brilleholderdelen (5) er udformet som en elastomerformdel (5'), som det er muligt at indskyde klemmende over brillestangsbøjlen (7) af brillestellet (4), og brilleholderdelen (5) har et rørformet modtagestykke (15) beregnet til brillestangsbøjlen (7) og et formstabilt anlægsstykke (16) til objektet (3) eller objektholderdelen (6) fastgjort til objektet (3), hvor det magnetiske og/eller magnetiserbare materiale befinder sig i anlægsstykket (16), kendetegnet ved, at modtagestykket (15) og anlægsstykket (16) er således forbundet med hinanden, at de kan dreje i forhold til hinanden ved hjælp af et mellemliggende, bøjeligt forbindelsesstykke (17) af elastomermateriale, og forbindelsesstykket (17) er udformet tyndere, end modtagestykket (15) og anlægsstykket (16) er udformet.
2. Vedhæftningsholder ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det magnetiske eller magnetiserbare materiale af brilleholderdelen (5) er indstøbt homogent fordelt i anlægsstykket (16) af elastomerformdelen (5’).
3. Vedhæftningsholder ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det magnetiske eller magnetiserbare materiale af brilleholderdelen (5) er udformet som et fast legeme (14), der er optaget i anlægsstykket (16) af elastomerformdelen (5’).
4. Magnetsæt til brillefastgøring på et valgfrit objekt (3), kendetegnet ved mindst én brilleholderdel (5) ifølge ét af de foregående krav 1 til 3 og mindst én på objektet (3) fastgørbar objektholderdel (6), der er udformet som en elastomerformdel (5’, 6’) og udviser magnetisk eller magnetiserbart materiale på en sådan måde, at der mellem brilleholderdelen (5) og objektholderdelen (6) virker en magnetisk kraft, som muliggør en løsbar fastholdelse af brillen (2) på objektet (3).
5. Magnetsæt ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at det magnetiske eller magnetiserbare materiale af objektholderdelen (6) er indstøbt og homogent fordelt i elastomerformdelen, eller det magnetiske eller magnetiserbare materiale af objektholderdelen (6) er udformet som et fast legeme (18), der er optaget i elastomerformdelen (6’).
6. Magnetsæt ifølge ét af de foregående krav 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved, at objektholderdelen (6) kan fastklæbes på objektet (3).
7. Magnetsæt ifølge ét af de foregående krav 4 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at objektholderdelen (6) har et fastgø ringsstykke (19) til objektet (3) og et holdestykke (20) til brilleholderdelen (5), hvor objektholderdelen (6) er udformet jævn, U-formet, skålformet eller dobbelt-T-formet.
8. Magnetsæt ifølge ét af de foregående krav 4 til 7, kendetegnet ved mindst to brilleholderdele og mindst to, fortrinsvis to eller flere, identiske eller forskelligt udformede objektholderdele (6).
9. Magnetsæt ifølge ét af de foregående krav 4 til 8, kendetegnet ved mindst ét yderligere med objektet (3) sammenkobleligt, elastisk støttepolsterstykke (12) til en næsebøjle og/eller en glasindfatning af brillestellet (4).
10. Magnetsæt ifølge ét af de foregående krav 4 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at elastomerformdelen (5’), elastomerstøbedelen (6’) og/eller det elastiske støttepolsterstykke (12) har en typisk Shore-hårdhed mellem 15 og 45 Sha, fortrinsvis 20 til 30 Sha.
11. Anvendelse af magnetsættet ifølge ét af de foregående krav 4 til 10 til midlertidig, løsbar fastgørelse af en brille (2), med i brugstilstanden værende brillestangsbøjler (7) på en cykelhjelm og/eller til et cykelstyr uden berøring mellem brilleglassene og cykelhjelmen eller cykelstyret, hvor vedhæftningsholderen (1) har mindst én brilleholderdel (5), der kan monteres på hver af de to brillestangsbøjler (7) af brillestellet (4).
12. Cykelhjelm, kendetegnet ved et magnetsæt til fastgøring af briller ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav 4 til 10
