Claims (14)
1. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) omfattende mindst (a) en første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1), hvilken fraktion er en ethylenho-mopolymer, (b) en anden polyethylenfraktion (PE-F2), hvilken fraktion er en ethylencopolymer af ethylen og 1-buten, hvor (c) ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) har en smelte-flow rate MFR21 (190 °C; 21,6 kg), målt i henhold til ISO 1133, i området 2,0 til 60 g/10 min; (d) den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1) har en smelte-flow rate MFR2 (190 °C; 2,16 kg), målt i henhold til ISO 1133, i området 200 til 500 g/10 min; (e) ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) har en densitet målt i henhold til ISO 1 183 / 1 872-2 B i området 0,919 til 0,954 g/cm3; og (f) ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) opfylder uligheden (Ila) 500 < ^”2(PEF1) < 1000 (Ila) MFR 5{PEC) v ' hvor MFR2(PF1) er smelte-flow rate MFR2 (190 °C; 2,16 kg), målt i henhold til ISO 1133, af den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1); MFR5(PEC) er smelte-flow rate MFR5 (190 °C; 5 kg), målt i henhold til ISO 1133, af ethylencopolymeren (PE-C).
2. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge krav 1, hvor den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1) har en densitet, målt i henhold til ISO 1 183 / 1 872-2 B, på mere end 0,965 g/cm3.
3. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) har en densitet, målt i henhold til ISO 1 183 / 1 872-2 B, i området 0,935 til 0,943 g/cm3.
4. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor (a) vægtforholdet mellem den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1) og den anden polyethylenfraktion (PE-F2) er lig med eller under 1,0, fortrinsvis i området 3,5/9,0 til 4,0/5,0; og/eller (b) mængden af den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1) er i området 30 til lig med eller under 45 vægt-%, og mængden af den anden polyethylenfraktion (PE-F2) er i området lig med eller under 55 til 70 vægt-%, baseret på den samlede mængde af ethylencopolymeren (PE-C).
5. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) har (a) en molekylvægtfordeling (Mw/Mn) i området 15 til 45; og/eller (b) et shear thinning-indeks SHI(2,7/210), som er forholdet af viskositeten ved et komplekst modul på 2,7 kPa og på 210 kPa på mindst 20,0; og/eller (c) et polydispersitetsindeks (PDI) på mindst 1,7.
6. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) har et flow rate-forhold (FFR; MFR2i/MFR5) på mindst 11, hvor MFR5 er smelte-flow rate MFR5 (190 °C; 5 kg) målt i henhold til ISO 1133.
7. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den anden polyethylenfraktion (PE-F2) har en densitet i området 0,912 til 0,935 g/cm3.
8. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) opfylder uligheden (I) AfFR2(PEFl) MFR21(PEC) “ 5‘° hvor MFR2(PF1) er smelte-flow rate MFR2 (190 °C; 2,16 kg) målt i henhold til ISO 1133, af den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1): MFR21(PEC) er smelte-flow rate MFR2i (190 °C; 21,6 kg), målt i henhold til ISO 1133, af ethylencopolymeren (PE-C).
9. Ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) har en nominel belastning ved brud på mindst 700 %.
10. Geomembran omfattende en ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
11. Geomembran ifølge krav 10, hvor mindst ét lag af geomembranen omfatter, fortrinsvis omfatter med mindst 90 vægt-% baseret på den samlede vægt af laget, ethylencopolymeren (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1 til 10.
12. Geomembran ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor geomembranen er fremstillet ved ekstrudering.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en ethylencopolymer (PE-C) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1 til 9, hvor fremgangsmåden er en sekventiel polymerisationsproces omfattende mindst to reaktorer, der er serieforbundet, hvor der i den første reaktor (1. R), fortrinsvis en loop-reaktor (LR), fremstilles den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1), og der i den efterfølgende anden reaktor (2. R), fortrinsvis i gas-fase-reaktoren (GPR), fremstilles den anden polyethylenfraktion (PE-F2) i nærvær af den første polyethylenfraktion (PE-F1).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor polymerisationen finder sted i nærvær af en Ziegler-Natta-katalysator.
