Claims (12)
- Krav.1. Elektrokirurgisk pen (100), der er indrettet til at modtage en elektrode (1), som kan styres af et elektrisk signal til udførelse af kirurgiske indgreb, omfattende: et hus (4567), et kredsløb (2), afbrydermiddel (3, 71) indrettet til at aktiveres udenfor huset (4567) til at lukke kredsløbet (2), hvori huset (4567) omfatter modtagemiddel (41) til at modtage elektroden (1), hvori huset (4567) omfatter et hylster (7) i et blødt og/eller elastiskt materiale, hvilket hylster (7) omslutter i hovedsagen husets (4567) hoveddel (4), kendetegnet ved, at hylsteret har aktuatorer i form af knapper (71), som er integrerede med og rager ud fra nævnte hylster (7), og hylsterets (7) tykkelse er større end 0,35 mm i afbrydermidlets (3, 71) område.
- 2. Elektrokirurgisk pen (100) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at hylsteret (7) er fremstillet af silicone eller gummi.
- 3. Elektrokirurgisk pen (100) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at huset (4567) omfatter en første husdel (5), der via hoved-husdelen (4) strækker sig ind i en anden husdel (6), og hylsteret (7), hvori - mindst en del af den første husdels (5) og den anden husdels (6) respektive modstående længder, der støder op til hoved-husdelen (4), er omsluttede af hylsteret (7).
