Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til inaktivering af infektiøs pankreasnekrosevirus (IPNV) omfattende: at belyse en væske indeholdende IPNV med et ultraviolet (UV) lys emitteret fra en mellemtryk-UV-kviksølvlampe indstillet til at optimere IPNV-inaktivering, hvor UV-lyset er i alt væsentligt i et bølgelængdeområde mellem 260 og 400 nm eller mellem 200 og 245 nm og lampen har et tryk større end 1,6 bar.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor belysning af væsken indeholdende IPNV'en omfatter at belyse væsken med en UV-dosis på mindre end eller lig med 80 mJ/cm2 for 99,9 % inaktivering af IPNV'en.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor lampens tryk er større end 3 bar.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor lampens tryk er større end 6 bar.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor UV-lampen består af ren syntetisk silikakvarts.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor UV-lampen doteres med et metal-halidadditiv.
