Claims (10)
1. Fleksibel rørformet ledning (1) til transport af carbonhydrider der er tilvejebragt ved en overlejring af successive uafhængige lag, som omfatter, fra indersiden mod ydersiden, mindst en indvendig forseglingskappe (4), en spiralformet vikling (5) med kort stigning af et metallisk element, mindst ét trækarmeringslag (6, 7) der er viklet med en lang stigning, kendetegnet ved, at den fleksible rørformede ledning omfatter en beskyttende ydre forseglingskappe (8), der består af et ekstruderet lag som er fremstillet af polymermateriale, der omfatter to henholdsvis indre og ydre modstående flader (81,82), hvilken kappe omfatter mindst et forstærkende bånd (9), der består af et nonwoven materiale, som er baseret på fibre (10) der mindst delvist er indlejret i polymeren af den beskyttende ydre forseglingskappe (8) for mekanisk at binde det forstærkende bånd (9) og den beskyttende ydre forseglingskappe (8) sammen.
2. Ledningen ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) er bundet til den indre flade (81) af den beskyttende ydre forseglingskappe (8).
3. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) er bundet til den ydre flade (82) af den beskyttende ydre forseglingskappe (8).
4. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) er bundet til hver af de to respektive indre og ydre modstående flader (81,82) af den beskyttende ydre forseglingskappe (8).
5. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) er bundet i midten af den beskyttende ydre tætningskappe (8).
6. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) består af et tekstillag, der er baseret på nonwoven korte fibre (10), som er samlet ved mekanisk komprimering og/eller adhæsiv binding.
7. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) er anbragt med en kort stigning i en vinkel på mellem 75° og 90° i forhold til længdeaksen (2) af ledningen (1).
8. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det forstærkende bånd (9) er anbragt med en lang stigning i en vinkel på mindre end 55° i forhold til længdeaksen (2) af ledningen (1).
9. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at nævnte nonwoven fibre (10) er mindst delvist imprægneret med en termoplastisk polymer.
10. Ledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene (10) er fremstillet af et materiale, som er valgt blandt polyolefiner, fluorpolymerer, polyestere, acryler, polyetherimider, polysulfider, polyaryletherketo-ner, aramider, glas og basalt.
