Abstract

1/1 resumo “tubo flexível para o transporte de hidrocarbonetos com um revestimento de vedação reforçado externo” a invenção refere-se a um tubo flexível (1) destinado a transportar hidrocarbonetos feito de uma pilha de sucessivas camadas separadas compreendendo pelo menos, do interior para o exterior, um revestimento de vedação interna (4), um enrolamento helicoidal de passo-curto (5) feito de uma parte metálica, pelo menos uma tela de armadura de tração (6, 7) enrolada com um passo-longo e uma proteção externa, e o revestimento de vedação feito de material polimérico compreendendo duas faces opostas, respectivamente, interna e externa (81, 82), caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende pelo menos uma cinta de reforço (9), feita de um material de fibra nãotecida (10) pelo menos parcialmente embutido dentro de dito material polimérico de dita proteção externa e revestimento de vedação (8), a fim de mecanicamente ligar dita cinta de reforço (9) e dita proteção externa e revestimento de vedação (8) entre si.
