Abstract

tubo flexível não aderente para a transferência de fluido submarina a invenção refere-se a um tubo flexível não aderente para a transferência de fluidos submarina. o tubo compreende uma bainha de vedação interna definindo um furo e um eixo central. no interior da bainha interna de vedação o tubo compreende uma carcaça. o tubo compreende ainda um par de camadas de reforço, consistindo essencialmente de elementos de armadura alongados enrolados em hélice de material de polímero reforçado com fibra. os elementos de armadura alongados da mais interior das duas camadas de reforço são enrolados em uma primeira direção de enrolamento com um ângulo <244> ao eixo central, e os elementos de armadura alongados da direção de enrolamento com um ângulo ß para o eixo central, em que a <242>ß<sym><227>/2, <244> é de cerca de 65° ou menos. o tubo compreende preferivelmente uma camada antifluência colocada entre a bainha interna de vedação e a mais interna das duas camadas de reforço.
