Claims (16)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af sandwichelementer omfattende - i det mindste et dæklag b) og - i det mindste et lag af hårdt skumplast på isocyanatbasis a) , som påføres som flydedygtigt udgangsmateriale a*) på dæklaget b), mens dæklaget b) bevæges kontinuerligt, idet - påføringen sker ved hjælp af en faststående påføringsanordning c) , kendetegnet ved, at udgangsmaterialet a*) omfatter følgende bestanddele: A) i det mindste et polyisocyanat, B) i det mindste en forbindelse, som reagerer med isocycanat-grupper under dannelse af urethan, C) i det mindste et drivmiddel, D) katalysatorer omfattende i det mindste en forbindelse Dl) , som katalyserer isocyanuratdannelsen, og i det mindste en forbindelse D2), som katalyserer polyurethandannelsen, og som er forskellig fra forbindelse Dl), og E) i givet fald hjælpemidler og tilsætningsstoffer, idet - forbindelse D2) indeholder i det mindste en aminogruppe, - bestanddelen A) og bestanddelene B) til E) anvendes således, at isocyanattallet er i det mindste 180, og - vægtforholdet mellem forbindelse D2) og forbindelse Dl) er fra 0,75 til 8.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet forbindelse Dl) udvælges af alkali-, jordalkali- og ammoniumcarboxylater.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, idet forbindelse Dl) er et carboxylat af et alkalimetal.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, idet carboxylatet udvælges af formiat, ethylhexanoat og acetat.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, idet forbindelse Dl er et alkalimetalacetat.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 5, idet forbindelse D2) udvælges af amidiner, tertiære aminer og alkanolaminer.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 6, idet bestanddel D2) omfatter i det mindste en forbindelse D2-T) med følgende struktur: NR2-CH2-CH2-X-CH2-CH2-Y med Y = NR2 eller OH og X = NR eller 0, idet hvert R uafhængigt af hinanden repræsenterer en vilkårligt opbygget organisk gruppe med i et mindste et C-atom.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, idet Y = NR2 og X = NR eller 0 og R = CH3.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7 eller 8, idet andelen af forbindelsen D2-T) udgør i det mindste 50 vægt-% af den samlede vægt af bestanddel D2) .
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 9, idet vægtforholdet mellem bestanddel D2) og bestanddel Dl) er i det mindste 1.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 10, idet vægtforholdet mellem bestanddel D2) og bestanddel Dl) er højst 5.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 11, idet bestanddel B) indeholder i det mindste en polyesterpolyol Bl) og i det mindste en polyetherpolyol B2).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at det med åbninger f) forsynede rør c) er placeret i en højde på 5 til 30 cm oven over dæklaget b).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 13, idet den faststående påføringsanordning c) består af i det mindste et parallelt med dæklaget b) og retvinklet på dæklagets b) bevægelsesretning placeret faststående rør c) forsynet med åbninger f) .
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at røret er udformet således, at tilførslen af det flydedygtige udgangsmateriale a*) sker i midten af røret c), og længden af åbningerne i røret c) aftager fra midten af røret c) hen mod dettes ender.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 15, idet viskositeten på det flydende udgangsmateriale til det hårde skumplast på isocyanatbasis a*) ved 25 °C ligger mellem 100 mPa*s og 3500 mPa*s.
