Claims (1)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at afkode et billede, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at ekstrahere information, om en maksimalstørrelse af en kodningsenhed, og opsplitningsinformation, som indikerer hvorvidt en kodningsenhed med en dybde k skal opsplittes, hvor k er et heltal, i kodningsenheder, som har en dybde k+1, fra en bitstrøm, som indbefatter indkodet data af billedet; at bestemme en opsplitningsstruktur af en firkantformet maksimal kodningsenhed, ifølge opsplitningsinformationen, således at den maksimale kodningsenhed er hierarkisk opsplittet som dybden øges; og at ekstrahere overspringsinformation, som indikerer hvorvidt en forudsigelsesmodus af en nuværende kodningsenhed er en overspringsmodus, fra bitstrømmen, hvor billedet er opsplittet i en flerhed af firkantformet maksimale kodningsenheder, ifølge informationen om den maksimale størrelse af kodningsenheden, en maksimal kodningsenhed fra flerheden af maksimale kodningsenheder er hierarkisk opsplittet i én eller flere firkantformet kodningsenheder, som har dybder ifølge opsplitningsinformationen, en kodningsenhed af en nuværende dybde i, hvor i er et heltal, er én af samme størrelse og firkantformet dataenheder, som er opsplittet fra en kodningsenhed, som har en dybde i-1, når opsplitningsinformationen indikerer en opsplitning for kodningsenheden af den nuværende dybde i, bliver kodningsenheden af den nuværende dybde i opsplittet i kodningsenheder af en dybde i+1, uafhængigt af nabokodningsenheder, når opsplitningsinformationen indikerer en ikke-opsplitning af kodningsenheden af den nuværende dybde i, bliver kodningsenheden af den nuværende dybde i bestemt, som den nuværende kodningsenhed, som ikke længere er opsplittet, overspringsinformationen af den nuværende kodningsenhed er tilvejebragt, og én eller flere firkantformet transformationsenheder, som bruges til at udføre invers-transformation for den nuværende kodningsenhed, er tilvejebragt fra den nuværende kodningsenhed baseret på en transformationsenhedsstørrelsesinformation, som er tilvejebragt fra bitstrømmen, hvor den ene eller flere firkantformet transformationsenheder er forskellige fra én eller flere forudsigelsesenheder, som bruges, til at udføre forudsigelsesafkodning for den nuværende kodningsenhed, at bestemme den nuværende kodningsenhed som én forudsigelsesenhed hvis forudsigelsesmodus er overspringsmodusen, når overspringsinformationen indikerer, at forudsi-gelsesmodusen af den nuværende kodningsenhed er overspringsmodusen, og at tilvejebringe den ene eller flere forudsigelsesenheder fra den nuværende kodningsenhed, ved at opsplitte ligeligt en bredde eller en højde af den nuværende kodningsenhed i to, eller ved at ligeligt opsplitte både højden og bredden af den nuværende kodningsenhed i to, eller at bestemme den nuværende kodningsenhed som den ene forudsigelsesenhed, baseret på en partitionstypeinformation af den nuværende kodningsenhed, hvor partitionstypeinformationen er tilvejebragt fra bitstrømmen, når overspringsinformationen indikerer, at forudsigelsesmodusen af den nuværende kodningsenhed ikke er over-springsmodusen.
