Claims (21)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft omfattende: - et sikkerhedstrin indrettet til at skabe en isolation omfattende overfladerne, der skal desinficeres, - et desinfektionstrin omfattende at udsende UV-stråling fra en eller flere ultraviolette (UV) lyskilder til dannelse af ozon, og tilføje den dannede ozon til nævnte isolation, og - et afslutningstrin indrettet til at afslutte ozondannelsen og afslutte sikkerhedstrinnet, kendetegnet ved, at - sikkerhedstrinnet omfatter kontinuerligt at overvåge om der trænges ind gennem en eller flere indgange til isolationen, og - hvori sikkerhedstrinnet, i tilfælde af indtrængning, yderligere omfatter at afslutte ozondannelsen, give en alarm, og tømme isolationen for at fjerne overskydende ozon fra luft og/eller oxygen til stede i isolationen.
2. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge krav 1, hvori desinfektionstrinnet yderligere omfatter at udsende UV-stråling fra en eller flere ultraviolette (UV) lyskilder til steriliseringen af luft.
3. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-2, hvori overvågningen af indtrængningen er logget til senere gennemgang.
4. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-3, hvori sikkerhedstrinnet omfatter kontinuerligt at fjerne luft og/eller oxygen fra isolationen for at skabe et undertryk i nævnte isolation.
5. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-4, hvori fremgangsmåden til at desinficere en eller flere overflader desuden omfatter at initiere en styreenhed indrettet til at styre desinfektionstiden, styreenheden omfatter fortrinsvis mindst en timer til at måle et forudbestemt tidsinterval og/eller mindst en sensor til at måle ozonkoncentrationen.
5. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge krav 5, hvori det at initiere styreenheden omfatter at starte timeren.
7. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 5-6, hvori det at initiere styreenheden omfatter kontinuerlig overvågning af ozonkoncentrationen i luften i nævnte isolation med den mindst ene sensor.
3. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 5-7, hvori afslutningstrinnet omfatter, at styreenheden slukker for ozondannelsen, når et forudbestemt tidsinterval målt af timeren er udløbet.

Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 5-8, hvori afslutningstrinnet omfatter, at styreenheden slukker for ozondannelsen, efter at den mindst ene sensor har målt en forudbestemt ozonkoncentration i nævnte isolation i et forudbestemt tidsinterval, der er målt af timeren.
10. Fremgangsmåde til at desinficere en eller flere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-9, hvori nævnte en eller flere overflader har været i kontakt med fødevarer.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-10, hvori UV-lyskilderne er en eller flere lysemitterende dioder (LED).
12. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-11, hvilket apparat omfatter - en eller flere UV-lyskilder, der er indrettede til at danne ozon, - mindst et middel til at cirkulere luft og/eller tilsat oxygen, - middel til at styre driften af apparatet og til at logge driften af apparatet, - kommunikationsmiddel til at kommunikere med midlet til at styre apparatets drift, nævnte kommunikation transmitteres fortrinsvis trådløst eller via fast forbindelse, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet omfatter et sikkerhedsmiddel, indrettet til at sikre isolation af overfladerne, der skal desinficeres, fra omgivelserne, nævnte sikkerhedsmiddel omfatter middel til at detektere indtrængning gennem den ene eller flere indgange, og til at handle i overensstemmelse hermed ved at afslutte ozondannelsen, give en alarm og tømme isolationen for at fjerne overskydende ozon fra luft og/eller tilsat oxygen til stede i isolationen.
13. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at sikkerhedsmidlet kan kommunikere med et separat sikkerhedsmiddel, som allerede eksisterer til isolationen.
14. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-13, kendetegnet ved, at den ene eller flere UV-lyskilder udsender UV-stråling med en bølgelængde i nærheden af 100 nm til 280 nm, fortrinsvis er bølgelængden ca. 185 nm.
15. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-14, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet yderligere omfatter en timer indrettet til at måle et forudbestemt tidsinterval.
16. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-15, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet yderligere omfatter en sensor indrettet til kontinuerligt at overvåge ozonkoncentrationen i nævnte isolation.
17. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-16, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet er placeret i eller i forbindelse med et eksisterende ventilationssystem, der er forbundet til isolationen.
18. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-17, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet er permanent placeret i isolationen eller transporteres til isolationen.
19. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-18, kendetegnet ved, at den ene eller flere UV-lyskilder er afskærmet, så at nævnte kilder ikke er synlige for en person, som kommer ind i isolationen under apparatets drift.
20. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-19, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet desuden omfatter en eller flere UV-lyskilder, der er indrettede til at udsende UV-lys i stand til at sterilisere luft.
21. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-20, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet desuden omfatter et eller flere midler til at udsende ultralyd.
22. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-21, hvori UV-lyskilderne er en eller flere lysemitterende dioder (LED).
23. Apparat til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-22, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet omfatter en eller flere LED-lamper og en eller flere UV-lyskilder til i kombination at danne ozon og/eller at sterilisere luft.
24. Anvendelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-11, eller et apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-23, til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft i industrikøkkener eller til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft lokaliseret i produktionssteder for levnedsmidler eller den farmaceutiske sektor, eller til at desinficere overflader og/eller sterilisere luft i medicinske områder eller offentlige bygninger.
