Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde til omdannelse af et glasfiberstofmateriale til et andet glasfiberprodukt ved en mekanisk proces, hvor stofmaterialet er ensrettet eller multiaksialt og består af flere lag af glasfibre i én eller flere retninger, der er stingforbundet sammen til et stof, hvilke glasfibre er belagt med en sizing, hvor stofmaterialet skæres ud i hakkede glasfiberstrenge med en længde på fra 5 cm til 30 cm, og efterfølgende bearbejdes de udskårne fibre yderligere til det andet glasfiberprodukt.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den ene eller de flere retninger er parallelle med materialets overflade.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor glasfiberstofmaterialet er stingforbundet med polyestertråd.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor skæreprocessen efterfølges afen rivningsproces.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor glasfiberstrengene behandles yderligere ved en filtreringsproces, som renser de hakkede glasfiberstrenge.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de hakkede glasfiberstrenge har en længde på fra 8 cm til 20 cm.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1-6, hvor materialet er et ensrettet materiale.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de hakkede glasfiberstrenge behandles yderligere ved en rivningsproces til glasfiberuld.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor glasfiberulden behandles yderligere ved en nålestanset forarbejdning til en nålemåtte.
10. Glasfiberuld, som er fremstillet ifølge fremgangsmåden som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 4-9 og er åbnet ved en rivningsproces.
11. Isoleringsuld omfattende glasfiberuld som defineret i krav 10.
12. Isoleringsuld ifølge krav 11 til anvendelse i udstødningssystemer og lyddæmpere.
13. Isoleringsuld ifølge krav 11 til anvendelse som teknisk isolering, såsom isolering omkring rør og rørledninger.
14. Isoleringsuld ifølge krav 11 til anvendelse i gasturbiner.
