Claims (10)

1. Implanterbar anordning, der omfatter: (a) et proksimalt anker (200), der er således udformet, at det kan implanteres i en første mellemfodsknogle; hvilket proksimale anker (200) har en krave (210), der er større end åbningen i den mellemfodsknogle, det proksimale anker (200) implanteres i; hvilken krave (210) forhindrer kontakt mellem kabel og knogle; (b) et distalt anker (300), der er således udformet, at det kan implanteres i en anden mellemfodsknogle ved siden af den første mellemfodsknogle; hvilket distale anker har et udvendigt gevind (330); (c) en møtrik (350), der kan skrues på det distale ankers (300) udvendige gevind (330); (d) en line (110), der forbinder det proksimale og det distale anker (200, 300) mekanisk; (e) en støddæmper, der omfatter et aflangt hus (230), som er placeret inden i det proksimale anker (200) ved indskruning; hvor støddæmperen rummer en lineholder (245), der er mekanisk forbundet med huset (230) via et dæmpende element (250); kendetegnet ved, at lineholderen (245) kan rotere frit i huset (230) for at forhindre linen (110) i at slå bugter ved vridning, når huset (230) drejes for at justere en spændingskraft.
2. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor det dæmpende element er valgt fra gruppen bestående af en fjeder, et hydraulisk stempel, en deformerbar polymer, et deformationsenergidæmpende element, en fjederstyret bælg, et fjederstyret teleskopisk element og en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
3. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 2, hvor fjederen er således udformet, at den kan virke ved sammentrykning eller udstrækning.
4. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst ét anker er forsynet med mindst én flig, der kan foldes ud i et kortikalt område af en knogle efter implantation af ankeret deri.
5. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor en linespændingskraft kan justeres ved gevindforskydning af støddæmperen langs ankeret.
6. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor det udvendige gevind er således udformet, at møtrikken kan skrues på gevindet på bagsiden af den anden mellemfodsknogle.
7. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 5, hvor det distale anker har et indvendigt gevind, der er således udformet, at en forlængelsesstang kan skrues på for at lede møtrikken, der skal skrues på det distale anker.
8. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor støddæmperen omfatter et flaskehalselement af deformerbar polymer.
9. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor positionen af ankrene, når de er implanteret intramedullært, er valgt fra gruppen bestående af langsgående, skrå og på tværs i forhold til knoglen.
10. Implanterbar anordning ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter (a) en K-trådsborfører; (b) en boreanordning.
