Claims (14)
1. Roterende kateter (10) til åbning af en obstruktion (11) i et kropskar (12), omfattende i kombination; en motordrevet fleksibel hulaksel (14), der er anbragt drejeligt i en fleksibel slange (13), en aspirationskanal defineret mellem en indvendig diameter af den fleksible slange og en udvendig diameter af hulakslen, hvor mindst et distal afsnit af hulakslen kan bevæge sig frit radialt i aspirationskanalen, hvorved det gøres muligt for aspirationskanalen at indtage partikler, som er lige så store som, eller mindre end, en forskel mellem den indvendige og den udvendige diameter, hvor en relativ bevægelse mellem den roterende hulaksel og den fleksible slange gør det lettere for partiklerne at bevæge sig gennem aspirationskanalen og forhindrer partiklerne i at tilstoppe aspirationskanalen, a spids (20) kendetegnet ved, at den har et tilspidset tværsnit, hvor spidsen er fastgjort til en distal ende (39) af hulakslen, hvor spidsen har en rundet distal ende (36), hvor den rundede distale ende (36) af spidsen (20) definerer en boring (18), der er tilpasset til at passe ind over en føringstråd (15), hvor hulakslen og spidsen kan rotere og glide hen over føringstråden, hvor spidsen også har en første side (22) over for en anden side (24), hvor den første side er tilpasset til at ramme obstruktionen, når spidsen roterer i en første retning (40), hvor den første (22) og den anden side (24) er en tværsnitsafstand (91) fra hinanden for at definere en bredde af spidsen (20), hvor spidsen også har en basisdel (26) og en modsat krone (27), som er tilpasset til at glide atraumatisk mod en væg af karret, når spidsen roterer uden for den fleksible slange, hvor basisdelen (26) og den modsatte krone (27) er en tværsnitsafstand (90) væk for at definere en højde af spidsen (20), hvor kronen er forskudt (89) væk fra en længdeakse af hulakslen længere, end basisdelen er forskudt (88) væk fra længdeaksen, hvor bredden er mindre end højden.
2. Roterende kateter (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor føringstråden (15) kan trækkes tilbage proksimalt ud over en distal ende (36) af spidsen, og den roterende krone (27) glider mod væggen af karret (12) og forskyder den distale ende (36) af spidsen væk fra væggen af karret (13).
3. Roterende kateter ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst et distalt afsnit af hulakslen omfatter en spirallignende tråd.
4. Roterende kateter ifølge krav 1, hvor en distal endesektion (17) af hulakslen (14) er udstrakt ud af den distale ende af den fleksible slange (13) og er formet på forhånd til automatisk at indtage en buet form og øge en forskydning af spidsen som en reaktion på, at føringstråden trækkes tilbage inde fra den distale endesektion af hulakslen.
5. Roterende kateter ifølge krav 1, hvor aspirationskanalen er forbundet med et sugemiddel (37) ved hjælp af en boring (59), i hvilken en tæt siddende spiral (94), som er fastgjort til hulakslen (14), er anbragt drejeligt og er tilpasset til automatisk at muliggøre bevægelse af væske og partikler, når hulakslen og spiralen roterer, og til automatisk at modstå bevægelsen, når hulakslen og spiralen befinder sig i ro.
6. Roterende kateter ifølge krav 3, hvor den spirallignende tråd roteres i en retning, således at den spirallignende tråd transporterer partikler i overstørrelse distalt.
7. Roterende kateter ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den fleksible slange (13) kan glide i forhold til hulakslen (14).
8. Roterende kateter ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den fleksible slange (13) glides distalt, i forhold til hulakslen, for at reducere en spalte mellem en kant af den fleksible slange (13e) og spidsen for at forhindre kanten i at gå i indgreb med væggen af karret (12), mens det roterende kateter fremføres distalt i karret.
9. Roterende kateter ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den fleksible slange (13) valgfrit kan glides distalt eller proksimalt, i forhold til hulakslen (14), for at afskærme spidsen (20) eller for at strække den ud af den distale ende af den fleksible slange, respektivt.

12. Roterende kateter ifølge krav 3, hvor en fleksibel føringstrådbeklædning (60) er anbragt i det mindste i et distalt afsnit af den spirallignende tråd.
13. Roterende kateter ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den første side (22) og den anden side (24) er parallelle eller let buede eller vippede fra den parallelle position.
14. Roterende kateter ifølge krav 1, hvor det tilspidsede tværsnit lader aspirationspassager (22') og (24') være åbne langs med siderne henholdsvis (22) og (24).
