Claims (10)
1. Isoleret stamme af Lactobacillus fermentum deponeret hos Coleccion Espafiola de Cultivos Tipo (CECT) under deponeringsnummeret CECT 7472.
2. Ren bakteriekultur, som omfatter stammen ifølge krav 1.
3. Spiseligt produkt, som omfatter en ernæringsmæssig effektiv mængde af stammen ifølge krav 1 sammen med passende mængder af andre spiselige ingredienser.
4. Spiseligt produkt ifølge krav 3, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af et mælkeprodukt, yoghurt, valle, ost, syrnet mælk, mælkepulver, mælkebaseret fermenteret produkt, kødbaseret fermenteret produkt, flødeis, kornbaseret fermenteret produkt, drikkevare, mel, tyggegummi, slik, sødet madvare, kæledyrsfoder, kosttilskud, funktionelt næringsmiddel, klinisk ernæringsformel, ernæringskomplement, formel til ældre mennesker og en spædbørnsformel.
5. Fremgangsmåde til tilberedning af et spiseligt produkt ifølge ethvert af krav 3-4, omfattende tilførsel af stammen ifølge krav 1 eller en kultur ifølge krav 2 til det spiselige produkt.
6. Stammen af Lactobacillus fermentum CECT 7472 ifølge krav 1 til anvendelse som probiotisk middel.
