Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et polypeptid omfattende: (a) dyrkning af en filamentøs svampeværtscelle i et medium, der er fremmende for fremstillingen af polypeptidet, hvor den filamentøse svampeværtscelle omfatter et polynukleotid, der koder for polypeptidet, der er operativt forbundet med en promotor, der er fremmed overfor polynukleotidet valgt fra gruppen bestående af (i) en promotor omfattende en nukleotidsekvens, der har mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 1, og (ii) en promotor omfattende SEQ ID NO: 1; og (b) isolering af polypeptidet fra dyrkningsmediet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor promotoren omfatter en nukleotidsekvens med mindst 60%, mindst 65%, mindst 70%, mindst 75%, mindst 80%, mindst 81%, mindst 82%, mindst 83%, mindst 84%, mindst 85%, mindst 86%, mindst 87%, mindst 88%, mindst 89%, mindst 90%, mindst 91%, mindst 92%, mindst 93%, mindst 94%, mindst 95%, mindst 96%, mindst 97%, mindst 98%, mindst 99% eller 100% sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 1.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor promotoren omfatter eller består af polynukleotidsekvensen i SEQ ID NO: 1.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-3, hvor polypeptidet er naturlig eller fremmed overfor den filamentøse svampeværtscelle.
5. En isoleret promotor valgt fra gruppen bestående af (i) en promotor omfattende en nukleotidsekvens, der har mindst 60% sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 1: og (ii) en promotor omfattende SEQ ID NO: 1.
6. Promotor ifølge krav 5, som omfatter en nukleotidsekvens med mindst 60%, mindst 65%, mindst 70%, mindst 75%, mindst 80%, mindst 85%, mindst 90%, mindst 91%, mindst 92%, mindst 93%, mindst 94%, mindst 95%, mindst 96%, mindst 97%, mindst 98%, mindst 99% eller 100% sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 1.
7. Promotor ifølge krav 5, som omfatter eller består af polynukleotidsekvensen i SEQ ID NO: 1.
8. Nukleotidsyrekonstrukt omfattende et polynukleotid, der koder for et polypeptid, der er operativt forbundet med promotoren ifølge ethvert af kravene 5-7, hvor polynukleotidet, der koder for polypeptidet, er fremmed overfor promotoren.
