Claims (15)

1. Ortopædkirurgisk system til bestemmelse af en ledkraft i en patients led, hvilket ortopædkirurgiske system omfatter: et følermodul (12) omfattende et tibialt blad (34) udformet til at blive placeret imellem en proksimal ende af en patients tibia (900) og en distal ende af en patients femur (902), et aflangt håndtag (32) fastgjort til det tibiale blad, og et følerarrangement (90) placeret i det tibiale blad og konfigureret til at generere følersignaler, som indikerer en ledkraft imellem patientens tibia og femur, og et kirurgisk instrument (504, 505, 506), som kan fastgøres til og frigøres fra det tibiale blad i følermodulet, kendetegnet ved, at det tibiale blad omfatter en indvendig sidevæg (44), som afgrænser en centralt placeret åbning (45), og det kirurgiske instrument omfatter adskillige nedre fastholdelsesclips (522), som kan modtages i den centralt placerede åbning for at fastgøre det kirurgiske instrument til det tibiale blad.
2. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 1, hvor det kirurgiske instrument (504, 505, 506) yderligere omfatter et nav (510) og hver af de adskillige nedre fastholdelsesclips (522) omfatter (i) en stilk (524), som strækker sig nedad fra navet og (ii) en læbe (526), som strækker sig udad ved en distal ende af hver stilk, idet læben på hver nedre fastholdelsesclips er konfigureret til at indgribe med den indvendige sidevæg (44) i den centralt placerede åbning (45) i det tibiale blad (34) for at fastholde det kirurgiske instrument dertil.
3. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 1, hvor det tibiale blad (34) omfatter en første opretningsåbning (46) og en anden opretningsåbning (48) definerede i det tibiale blad (34), og hvor det kirurgiske instrument omfatter et nav (510), hvorfra de adskillige nedre fastholdelsesclips (522) strækker sig nedad, idet en første opretningsflig (530) strækker sig nedad fra navet, og en anden opretningsflig (532) strækker sig nedad fra navet, idet den første opretningsflig er konfigureret til at blive modtaget i den første opretningsåbning og den anden opretningsflig er konfigureret til at blive modtaget i den anden opretningsåbning, når det kirurgiske instrument (504, 505, 506) er koblet til det tibiale blad i følermodulet.
4. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 3, hvor den første opretningsåbning (46) er placeret i retning mod en indvendig side af det tibiale blad (34), den anden opretnings åbning (48) er placeret i retning mod en posterior side af det tibiale blad og den centralt placerede åbning (45) er placeret imellem den første og anden opretningsåbning.
5. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 3, hvor hver af den første og anden opretningsåbning (46, 48) er definerede ved en tilsvarende indvendig sidevæg (538, 540) i det tibiale blad, idet de tilsvarende indvendige sidevægge er krummede i et plan defineret ved det tibiale blad.
6. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 3, hvor hver af den første og anden opretningsflig (530, 532) er kodet således at det kirurgiske instrument (504, 505, 506) kan fastgøres til det tibiale blad (34) i en enkelt orientering.
7. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 6, hvor den første opretningsflig (530) er større end den anden opretningsflig (532), eventuelt ved (i) at den første opretningsflig har en større længde end den anden opretningsflig og/eller (ii) at den første opretningsåbning har en større åbning på en overflade af det tibiale blad end den anden opretningsåbning.
8. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 7, hvor den første opretningsåbning (46) har en større åbning på en overflade af det tibiale blad (34) end den anden opretningsåbning (48), og navet (510) i det kirurgiske instrument har en cirkulær form, idet den første opretningsåbning er placeret i retning mod en anterior side af det tibiale blad, den anden opretningsåbning er placeret i retning mod en posterior side af det tibiale blad, og den centralt placerede åbning (45) er placeret imellem den første og anden opretningsåbning.
9. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 3, hvor navet (510) i det kirurgiske instrument (504, 505, 506) har en cirkulær form og det kirurgiske instrument yderligere omfatter et rotationsforhindrende fremspring (542), som strækker sig fra navet langs en akse, som er parallel med et plan defineret af det tibiale blad (34), når det kirurgiske instrument er forbundet med det tibiale blad.
10. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 3, hvor hver af den første og anden opretningsflig (530, 532) omfatter første og anden vinklede sidevægge (538, 540), og hver af den første og anden opretningsåbning (46, 48) omfatter første og anden vinklede sidevægge, idet de vinklede sidevægge i den første og anden opretningsflig og den første og anden opretningsåbning samvirker til at tilvejebringe en størrelse af en afløftningskraft til at frigøre det kirurgiske instrument (504, 505, 506) fra det tibiale blad (34), som reaktion på en referencestørrelse af moment påtrykt det kirurgiske instrument.
11. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 1, hvor det kirurgiske instrument (34) omfatter en adaptor (502) omfattende et nav (510) hvorfra de adskillige nedre fastholdelsesclips (522) strækker sig nedad og yderligere omfattende adskillige øvre fastholdelsesclips (516), som strækker sig opad fra navet.
12. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 11, hvor adaptoren (502) omfatter et rotationsforhindrende fremspring (542), som strækker sig fra navet langs en akse, som er parallel med et plan defineret af det tibiale blad (34), når adaptoren er forbundet med det tibiale blad.
13. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 12, som omfatter en tibial prøvekomponent (506), som kan positioneres over det tibiale blad (34), idet den tibiale prøvekomponent omfatter en indvendig sidevæg, som definerer en første åbning (582) og en anden åbning (584) i fluid forbindelse med den første åbning, idet den første åbning er konfigureret til at modtage navet (510) i adaptoren (522), og den anden åbning er konfigureret til at modtage det rotationsforhindrende fremspring (542), når den tibiale prøvekomponent er placeret over det tibiale blad.
14. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 13, hvor den tibiale prøvekomponent (506) kan positioneres over det tibiale blad (34) i en første orientering, som tillader at den tibiale prøvekomponent drejer i forhold til det tibiale blad, og en anden orientering, som begrænser drejningen af den tibiale prøvekomponent i forhold til det tibiale blad.
15. Ortopædkirurgisk system ifølge krav 14, hvor det rotationsforhindrende fremspring (542) er modtaget i den anden åbning (584), når den tibiale prøvekomponent er placeret over det tibiale blad (34) i den første orientering, idet den anden åbning er dimensioneret til at begrænse drejning af den tibiale prøvekomponent i forhold til det tibiale blad.
