Claims (15)
1. Kompletteringsenhed (GB: completion assembly) (100) til indføring i et borehul (6) i en formation (7), hvilken kompletteringsenhed omfatter: - en foringsrørstreng (104) med en første ende (105) og en anden ende (111), og - et rør (102), der er forbundet ved en første ende (103) med foringsrørstrengen ved den første ende af foringsrørstrengen, hvor foringsrørstrengen omfatter: - en flerhed af rørsektioner (101), i det mindste to sektioner, som er ringformede barrieresektioner (110) (GB: annular barrier sections), der hver omfatter i det mindste én ringformet barriere, hvor de ringformede barrierer er placeret med en forudbestemt indbyrdes afstand, hvor hver ringformet barriere omfatter et ekspanderbart rørstykke (116), der omgiver en rørdel (4, 117), idet rørdelen er en del af foringsrørstrengen og har en åbning (118), hvor tryksat væske kan strømme ind og ekspandere rørstykket, og - hvor den anden ende er lukket, og hvor enheden omfatter en trykdannende anordning (119), der er forbundet med en anden ende (112) af røret, hvorved der genereres et foringsrørvæsketryk inden i røret og inden i foringsrørstrengen, hvilket væsketryk er i det væsentlige højere end et formationsvæsketryk til ekspansion af det ekspanderbare rørstykke, hvor én af rørsektionerne er en fraktureringsventil eller en indstrømningsreguleringssektion (120) omfattende en fraktureringsmuffe (122).
2. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge krav 1, hvor indstrømningsreguleringssektionen (120) har en rørdel.
3. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge krav 2, hvor indstrømningsreguleringssektionen er placeret mellem de ringformede barrieresektioner.
4. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvor indstrømningsreguleringssektionen omfatter en indstrømningsreguleringsventil (121) , der er placeret i rørdelen.
5. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2-4, hvor fraktureringsmuffen (122) kan forskydes mellem en åben position ud for en fraktureringsåbning (5) og en lukket position.
6. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2-5, hvilken kompletteringsenhed endvidere omfatter et forskydeligt rørstykke (26), der kan forskydes aksialt i forhold til foringsrørstrengen ud for indstrømningsreguleringssektionen for at forsegle indstrømningsreguleringssektionen, når de ekspanderbare rørstykker er ekspanderet.
7. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge krav 6, hvor rørdelen (4) har en indre flade (3), og det forskydelige rørstykke har en ydre flade (8), der vender mod den indre flade af rørdelen, og det forskydelige rørstykke omfatter forseglingselementer (9), der er placeret i riller (10) i det forskydelige rørstykkes ydre flade.
8. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor én af rørsektionerne er en sektion, der kun indeholder rørdelen (4).
9. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor én af rørsektionerne omfatter en fikseringsanordning (113) til ankring af foringsrørstrengen til formationen.
10. Kompletteringsenhed ifølge krav 9, hvor fikseringsanordningen omfatter en rørdel (4) og en fikseringsenhed (20), hvilken fikseringsenhed rager ud fra rørdelen mod formationen, når fikseringsanordningen aktiveres af et væsketryk fra inden i foringsrørstrengen.
11. Kompletteringsfremgangsmåde til komplettering af en foringsrørstreng ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-10, hvilken kompletteringsfremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: - montering af rørsektioner til en første del af en foringsrørstreng, - nedsænkning af den første del af foringsrørstrengen, - montering af rørsektioner til en anden del af foringsrørstrengen, - forbindelse af den anden del af foringsrørstrengen med den første del, - nedsænkning af den anden del af foringsrøret sammen med den første del, - forbindelse af et rør med foringsrørstrengen, hvor foringsrørstrengen omfatter i det mindste to ringformede barrieresektioner, - nedsænkning af røret i borehullet, indtil foringsrørstrengen er anbragt i en forudbestemt position, - tryksætning af røret og foringsrørstrengen, og - samtidig ekspansion af et ekspanderbart rørstykke på en ringformet barriere i hver af de ringformede barrieresektioner, og - frakturering af formationen ved hjælp af en tryksat væske fra inden i foringsrørstrengen for at lave frakturer i formationen.
12. Kompletteringsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvilken kompletteringsfremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter trinnet til frakobling af røret.
13. Kompletteringsfremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-12, hvilken kompletteringsfremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter trinnene til forbindelse af en fikseringsanordning med foringsrørstrengen og aktivering af fikseringsenheden af fikseringsanordningen i det væsentlige samtidigt med trinnet til ekspansion af det ekspanderbare rørstykke.
14. Kompletteringsfremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-13, hvilken kompletteringsfremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter trinnet til åbning af en f ra ktu re r i n g s m uffe.
15. Kompletteringsfremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11-13, hvilken kompletteringsfremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter trinnet til lukning af den anden ende af foringsrøret ved at lade en kugle falde ned i røret, således at kuglen falder ned og fastgøres i et leje i den anden ende af foringsrørstrengen.
