Claims (17)
1. Forbindelse, som er beskrevet ved følgende formel:

2. Forbindelse ifølge krav 1, hvor halogenatomet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af chlor, fluor, brom og iod.
3. Forbindelse ifølge krav 1, hvor R1 er CFh, eller hvor R2 er phenyl.
4. Forbindelse ifølge krav 1, hvor forbindelsen er beskrevet ved følgende formel:
hvor X er to monovalente kationer eller én divalent kation.
5. Forbindelse ifølge krav 4, hvor den monovalente kation er valgt fra gruppen bestående af hydrogen, Na+, K+ eller NFl4+, eller hvor den divalente kation er Mg2+.
6. Kit, som omfatter: forbindelsen ifølge krav 1; og et diazoniumsalt.
7. Kit ifølge krav 6, hvilket kit endvidere omfatter et enzym, der katalytisk spalter forbindelsen, eventuelt hvor enzymet er en phosphatase.
8. Kit ifølge krav 7, hvor enzymet er konjugeret til et hapten eller til et antigenbindende protein eller til en nukleinsyre.
9. Kit ifølge krav 8, hvor det antigenbindende protein er et anti-hapten-antigen-bindende protein.
10. Fremgangsmåde til påvisning af et målstof i en biologisk prøve, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: etablering af kontakt mellem prøven og et påvisningsreagens, som omfatter en phosphatase, der katalytisk spalter en forbindelse ifølge krav 1, hvor påvisningsreagenset direkte eller indirekte binder sig til målstoffet, og et diazoniumsalt, hvor phosphatasen spalter forbindelsen i nærværelse af diazoniumsaltet til frembringelse af en farvet forbindelse; og påvisning af tilstedeværelsen af den farvede forbindelse.
11. Kit ifølge krav 6 eller fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor diazoniumsaltet er 4-(benzoylamino)-2,5-diethoxybenzendiazotetrachlorzincat (Fast Blue BB).
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor målstoffet er en nukleinsyre eller et protein.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor påvisningsreagenset omfatter en første bindingspartner, som er konjugeret til phosphatasen.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor den første bindingspartner er valgt fra gruppen bestående af et antigenbindende protein, en nukleinsyre og et hapten.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor påvisningsreagenset omfatter en phosphatase, som er konjugeret til en nukleinsyre, målstoffet er en nukleinsyre, og påvisningsreagenset hybridiserer med målstoffet, eller hvor påvisningsreagenset omfatter en phosphatase, som er konjugeret til et antigenbindende protein, hvor målstoffet er et protein, og påvisningsreagenset binder sig til målstoffet.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor påvisningsreagenset indirekte binder sig til målstoffet, og påvisningsreagenset omfatter en phosphatase, som er konjugeret til et antigenbindende protein, der er specifikt for et hapten.
