Claims (11)

  1. -1 - TYNDPLADEFORDAMPER AF ’’FALLING FILM’’-ΤΥΡΕΝ OG PLADEFORDAMPERANORDNING MED EN SÅDAN PLADEFORDAMPER, DER ER PLACERET I HUSET PATENTKRAV
    1. Tyndpladefordamperanordning af ’’falling film”-typen, hvilken anordning omfatter et hus med en 5 indgang (11) for væske, der skal fordampes, og som deri har monteret en pakke af i alt væsentligt vertikalt placerede varmeo verføringsplader (4) med plademellemrum, hvoraf hver anden danner et fordampningsrum (28) for mindst delvis fordampning af væsken, og de andre plademellemrum danner kondenseringsrum (30) for mindst delvis kondensering af en varmeafgivende damp, og hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter første tætninger (13, 14), der i en øvre del af plademellemrummene, der danner fordampningsrum, (28) afgrænser 10 fordelingskamre (27), hvoraf hvert står i væskestrømsforbindelse med mindst ét fordampningsrum (28) via strømningsveje (17, 18), der er adskilt langs bredden på pakken, hvilke varmeoverføringsplader (4) i en øvre del har gennemgående åbninger (16), der er justeret for at danne en passage (16'), der strækker sig gennem pladepakken, kendetegnet ved et aflangt rør (116), der er forbundet med indgangen (11) og strækker sig i 15 passagen (16') langs en længde deraf, hvilket rør (116) har en periferivæg med åbninger (117, 118), der er fordelt langs længden af røret (116) og står i strømningsforbindelse med fordelingskamrene (27), for tilførsel af væsken, der skal fordampes, fra indgangen (11) til fordelingskamrene (27) gennem åbningerne (117, 118), hvilket rør (116) strækker sig langs den fulde længde af passagen (16'), hvilket rør (116) har en første ende, der er forbundet med indgangen (11), og har en normalt lukket oplukkelig fluidstrømsåbning 20 ved den anden ende (150).
  2. 2. Pladefordamperanordning ifølge det foregående krav, hvilken anordning indbefatter understøtninger (110, 119, 120), der er placeret langs periferien af de gennemgående åbninger (16), for understøtning af røret (116) inde i de gennemgående åbninger (16), hvilke understøtninger eventuelt er dannet i ét med de første tætninger (14).
  3. 3. Pladefordamperanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor åbningerne (117, 118) alene er dannet i den øvre halve perimeterdel af røret (116).
  4. 4. Pladefordamperanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken anordning omfatter en flerhed af husene (1, 1') eller pakkerne, der er placeret med afstand i et ende-mod-ende-forhold, hvor røret (116) er defineret af tættende forbundne kortere rørsektioner og/eller hvor røret et bøjeligt.
  5. 5. Pladefordamperanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken anordning indbefatter et filter (31') til den væske, der skal fordampes, hvilket filter er placeret på opstrømssiden af røret (116).
  6. 6. Anvendelse af tyndpladefordamperanordningen af ’’falling film”-typen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, til afsaltning ved fordampning af havvand, der tilføres indgangen (11).
  7. 7. Pladefordamper ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1-3, hvor mindst to andre tætninger (25) er placeret i en øvre del af hvert kondenseringsrum (30), med horisontal afstand fra hinanden langs varmeoverføringsplademe (4), hvor hver af de andre tætninger mellem varmeovcrføringsplademe (4) afgrænser et overføringskammer (29), der er lukket for forbindelse med andre dele af kondenseringsrum (30), kondenseringsrummene (30) står i forbindelse med det omgivende af pladepakken via åbninger, der er -2- dannet mellem de andre tætninger (25), for modtagelse af varmeafgivende damp ovenfra, og varmeoverføringsplademe (4) har gennemgående huller (17, 18), der tilvejebringer strømningsforbindelsen med overføringskamrene, hvor for hvert overføringskammer (29) mindst ét første hul (17) forbinder overføringskammeret (29) med et fordelingskammer (27) og mindst ét andet hul (18) forbinder overføringskammeret (29) med et fordampningsrum (28).
  8. 8. Pladefordamper ifølge krav 7, hvor mindst hver anden varmeoverføringsplade (4) har de gennemgående huller (17, 18) placeret i par, hvor det første hul (17) i et par huller forbinder et overføringskammer (29) med et fordelingskammer (27) og det andet hul (18) forbinder samme overføringskammer (29) med et fordampningsrum (28).
  9. 9. Pladefordamper ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor hver varmeoverføringsplade (4) har vertikale og horisontale kantdele, hvert af fordelingskamrene (27) strækker sig horisontalt mellem de vertikale kantdele af varmeoverføringsplademe og indgangspassagen (16') for fordampningsvæske strækker sig gennem pladepakken i alt væsentligt i midten mellem kantdelene.
  10. 10. Plade fordamper ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-9, hvor hver varmeoverføringsplade (4) har vertikale og horisontale kantdele, og kondenseringsrummene (30) står i direkte forbindelse med det omgivende af pladepakken langs de vertikale såvel som de øvre horisontale kanter af varmeoverføringsplademe.
  11. 11. Pladefordamper ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7-10, hvor det første hul (17) er mindre end det andet hul (18).
