Claims (9)

1. Fremgangsmåde til spektrumgenvinding til spektralafkodning af et lydsignal, omfattende trinnene at: opnå (210) et indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter som repræsenterer lydsignalet; inddele spektralkoefficienterne af det indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter i en flerhed af frekvensbånd (74); bestemme (212) en overgangsfrekvens (ft); støjfylde (214) spektralhuller i det indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter under overgangsfrekvensen (ft); og båndbreddeforlænge (216) det indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter over overgangsfrekvensen (ft); hvor overgangsfrekvensen (ft) indstilles ved den øvre grænse af det første frekvensbånd set fra højfrekvenssiden som har en kvantiseret koefficient i sig.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor frekvensbåndene (74) haren konstant frekvensbredde.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst to af frekvensbåndene (74) har forskellige frekvensbredder.

8. Afkoder (40) til spektralafkodning af et lydsignal, omfattende: et input til at opnå et indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter som repræsenterer lydsignalet; et overgangsbestemmende kredsløb (60) indrettet til at bestemme en overgangsfrekvens (ft); en støjfylder (50) til støjfyldning af spektralhuller i det indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter under overgangsfrekvensen (ft); og en båndbreddeforlænger (55) indrettet til at båndbreddeforlænge det indledende sæt (42) af spektralkoefficienter over overgangsfrekvensen (ft); hvor det overgangsbestemmende kredsløb (60) er indrettet til at inddele spektralkoefficienterne af det indledende sæt af spektralkoefficienter i en flerhed af frekvensbånd (74), og til at bestemme overgangsfrekvensen (ft) som den øvre grænse af det første frekvensbånd set fra højfrekvenssiden som har en kvantiseret koefficient i sig.
9. Koder (20) til spektralkodning af et lydsignal, omfattende: overgangsbestemmende kredsløb (60) indrettet til at bestemme en overgangsfrekvens (ft) til et indledende sæt (24) af spektralkoefficienter som repræsenterer lydsignalet; hvor overgangsfrekvensen (ft) definerer en grænse mellem et frekvensområde, beregnet til at være genstand for støjfyldning af spektralhuller, og et frekvensområde, beregnet til at være genstand for båndbreddeudvidelse; hvor det overgangsbestemmende kredsløb (60) er indrettet til at inddele spektralkoefficienterne af det indledende sæt af spektralkoefficienter i en flerhed af frekvensbånd (74) og til at bestemme overgangsfrekvensen (ft) som den øvre grænse af det første frekvensbånd set fra højfrekvenssiden som har en kvantiseret koefficient i sig.
