Claims (9)

1. Fremgangsmåde til generering af en population af primat-mesodermceller, der udtrykker Apelin-receptor, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin; dyrkning af isolerede pluripotente primat-stamceller i samdyrkning med OP9-knoglemarvsstromaceller, indtil Apelin-receptor udtrykkes og kan detekteres i de samdyrkede celler; og sortering af de samdyrkede celler, der udtrykker Apelin-receptor, fra celler af samkulturen, der ikke udtrykker Apelin-receptor.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de isolerede pluripotente primatstamceller samdyrkes med OP9-knoglemarvsstromaceller i ca. to til ca. tre dage.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor ca. 1 % til ca. 5 % af Apelin-receptor+-cellerne er i stand til at differentiere i dyrkning til mesenchymstamceller og endotelceller.
4. Fremgangsmåde til generering af en population af mesangioblaster, der er fælles mesenchym- og endotelcellepræcursorer, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin; dyrkning af isolerede pluripotente primat-stamceller i samkultur med OP9-knoglemarvsstomaceller, indtil Apelin-receptor udtrykkes og kan detekteres i de samdyrkede celler; sortering af de samdyrkede celler, der udtrykker Apelin-receptor, fra celler af samkulturen, der ikke udtrykker Apelin-receptor; og dyrkning af Apelin receptor+-celler i et semifast dyrkningsmedium, der omfatter bFGF, indtil et undersæt differentierer for at danne mesangioblastkolonier.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der endvidere omfatter dyrkning af mesangioblasterne i et dyrkningsmedium, der omfatter bFGF, indtil mesangioblasterne differentierer til endotelceller.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der endvidere omfatter følgende trin: dyrkning af mesangioblasterne i tilstedeværelse af bFGF, indtil mesangioblasterne differentierer til mesenkymale stamceller.
7. Isoleret population af primat-mesangioblaster med endotel- og mesenchympotentiale opnået ved fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor mesangioblasterne dannes på ca. to til ca. tre dages dyrkning i det semifaste medium.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor det semifaste dyrkningsmedium endvidere omfatter knoglemorfogent protein 4 (BMP4).
