Claims (15)
1. System til beskyttelse af et luftfartøj mod én eller flere indkommende trusler, hvilket system omfatter: én eller flere elektro-optiske sensorer til at scanne et område rundt om luftfartøjet for én eller flere mulige indkommende trusler, og til at generere et indikationssignal så snart en indkommende trussel detekteres; en integreret Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure enhed (100) konfigureret til at verificere den indkommende trussel og til at aktivere et modtræk mod den indkommende trussel; og en processor (107) til at modtage data fra den ene eller flere elektro-optiske sensorer og den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure enhed (100), og baseret på disse data vælge en modtrækteknik til udnyttelse mod den indkommende trussel; hvor den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure enhed (100) omfatter et radiofrekvensmodul (101) forbundet til et højenergilasermodul (102), en antenne (103), og en løftemotor (104); hvor et højeffekt Infra-Red lasermodul anvendes til at realisere en målrettet Infra-Red modtrækfunktion; hvor radiofrekvensmodulet (101) er konfigureret til at udøve trussel verifikation ved at generere en sende-bølgeform og ved at modtage et signal fra den indkommende trussel; og kendetegnet ved at processoren (107) er konfigureret til at initialisere modtrækfunktionaliteten før fuldendelsen af trusselverifikationen.
2. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor den ene eller flere elektro-optiske sensorer i det væsentlige kontinuerligt afføler området rundt om luftfartøjet for indkommende trusler.
3. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor systemet omfatter en flerhed af integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure-enheder (100) med respektivt en flerhed af ikke-identiske synsfelter.
4. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, omfattende: et missil-advarselssystem omfattende: (A) en vid-vinkel elektro-optisk sensor, der kontinuerligt overvåger luftrummet for indkommende trusler; og (B) en smal vinkel-elektromagnetisk radarsensor, der er operativ i Ka-bånd, og som aktiveres kun når den vid-vinkel-elektrooptiske sensor detekterer en mulig indkommende trussel; hvor under aktivering af den elektromagnetiske radarsensor, den elektromagnetiske radarsensor modtager fra processoren data der indikerer en omtrentlig lokation eller retning af den indkommende trussel.
5. Systemet ifølge krav 4, yderligere omfattende en radom (111) til beskyttelse af mindst (a) radiofrekvensmodulet (101), (b) antennen (103), og (c) højenergilasermodulet (102).
6. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor trusselsverifikationen er baseret på Ka-Bånd puls-Doppler radar-arkitektur.
7. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor højenergilasermodulet (102) omfatter en højenergilasersender.
8. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor en verifikationsfunktionalitet og en modtrækfunktionalitet og den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure enhed er beskyttet af en fælles radom (111) konstrueret af ét eller flere materialer der tillader multispektral transparens som muliggør transmission af både (a) Radio Frequency-signaler i Ka-båndet, og (b) højenergilaser i IR- og SWIR-områderne.
9. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor and Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure-enhed (100) omfatter: en trusselsparametergenerator til at generere trusselsparametrene under verifikation af en trussel, og til at tilvejebringe trusselsparametrene til en modtrækgenerator til konstruktion af en modtrækbølgeform for den indkommende trussel.
10. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor systemet omfatter: en modtrækenhed baseret på multispektralt lasertransmitteret signal der anvender dele af spektret; hvor en spektrumbelægningsgrad af det multispektrale lasertransmitterede signal opdateres i henhold til resultater af trusselverifikationen; og en trusselparametergenerator til at generere trusselsparametre under verifikation af en trussel, og til at tilvejebringe trusselsparametrene til en spektrumselektor til at vælge denne spektrumbelægningsgrad for denne modtrækenhed.
11. Systemet ifølge krav 9, omfattende modtrækgeneratoren der omfatter organ til at opdatere modtrækparametre baseret på opdaterede verifikationsparametre; og hvor modtrækgeneratoren omfatter en mål-lokator til at bestemme en mållokation under verifikation af truslen.
12. Systemet ifølge krav 7, hvor højenergilasersenderen er del af antennestrukturen af den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor and Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure-enhed.
13. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-12, yderligere omfattende et hus omfattende en radom (111), hvor denne radom (111) tillader transmission af elektromagnetiske signaler og optiske signaler; og hvor den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure-enhed (100) er implementeret som en enkelt Line Replaceable Unit der er i stand til at udøve både verifikations- og modtrækfunktioner.
14. Systemet ifølge krav 9, hvor modtrækgeneratoren kan aktiveres under trusselverifi kation.
15. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-14, hvor processoren (107) omfatter en datafusionsenhed til at udøve datafusion af data fra den ene eller flere elektro-optiske sensorer og fra den integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure-enhed (100); og hvor én eller flere integrerede Missile Approach Confirmation Sensor og Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure-enheder (100) er forbundet til én eller flere lasergeneratorer parallelt.
