Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til dehydratisering af en alkohol med mindst 2 carbonatomer til fremstilling af den tilsvarende olefin, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at: der i en reaktionsbeholder indføres en strøm (A), som omfatter mindst en alkohol, valgfrit vand, valgfrit en inert bestanddel, strømmen bringes i kontakt med en katalysator i reaktionsbeholderen ved betingelser, der er effektive med hensyn til at dehydratisere mindst en del af alkoholen til fremstilling af en olefin, derfra reaktionsbeholderen isoleres en olefinholdig strøm (B), hvor, katalysatoren er et krystallinsk silicat af FER-typen med Si/AI i området fra 25 til 90, WHSV for alkoholen er mindst 4 h"1, temperaturen ligger i området fra 280 °C til 600 °C.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor WHSV er fra 4 til 20 h’1.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor WHSV er fra 5 til 15 h"1.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor WHSV er fra 7 til 12 h’1.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor temperaturen på dehydratiseringskatalysatoren ligger i området fra 300 °C til 580 °C.

8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor partialtrykket for alkoholen i dehydratiseringsreaktionsbeholderen ligger i området fra 0,12 MPa til 0,4 MPa.
