Claims (10)
1. Vinge (10) til et vindkraftanlæg, idet vingen (10) har en længdeudstrækning (11), som strækker sig fra en vingerod (12) i det væsentlige til en vingespids (13) , idet der i det mindste på et område af vingen (10) er tilvejebragt en aerodynamisk tværsnitsprofil (15), som har en profilforkant (16) (næse) og en profilbagkant (17), som er forbundet via en sugeside (18) og en trykside (19) på tværsnitsprofilen (15) , kendetegnet ved, at vingen (10) i det mindste i et længdegående afsnit (20) er opdelt i et forreste vingeafsnit (21) med profilforkanten (16) og et bageste vingeafsnit (22) med profilbagkanten (17), idet det bageste område (23) på det forreste vingeafsnit (21) og det tilgrænsende forreste område (24) på det bageste vingeafsnit (22) er forbundet med et I- jern (25), idet I-jernet (25) har I-jerndele (26-31) , som omfatter et forbindelsesstykke (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99), idet I-jernet (25) er delt i længdeudstrækningen og fladt i et niveau, som er defineret af forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99), idet I-jernet (25) hen mod sugesiden (18) og hen mod tryksiden (19) afsluttes af hver især to gjorde (28-31), som har en afstand til hinanden, der er mindre end gjordenes (28-31) udstrækning i retning fra profilforkanten (16) hen mod profilbagkanten (17).
2. Vinge (10) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at I-jernet (25) har et forbindelsesstykke (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99), som strækker sig inden for vingen (10) fra tryksiden (19) til sugesiden (18), og en gjord (28, 29) på tryksiden (19) samt en gjord (30, 31) på sugesiden (18), idet forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) omfatter fødder (64-67, 92, 93, 97, 98, 100, 101), som med forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) danner en form som en kantet parentes (], [) eller en form som et Z.
3. Vinge (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at I-jerndelene (26, 27) er forbundet, navnlig klæbet sammen, med hinanden.
4. Vinge (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at vingen (10) endvidere er delt ved profilforkanten (16) og/eller profilbagkanten (17).
5. Vinge (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) er forbundet, navnlig klæbet sammen med gjordene (28, 29; 30, 31), idet forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) strækker sig fra sugesiden (18) til tryksiden (19), således at forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) med gjordene (28, 29; 30, 31) danner I-jernet (25).
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vinge (10) til et vindkraftanlæg, idet den fremstillede vinge (10) i sin længderetning (11), som strækker sig fra en vingerod (12) i det væsentlige til en vingespids (13), har i det mindste et område (14), hvori vingen (10) har en aerodynamisk tværsnitsprofil (15) , som har en profilforkant (16) og en profilbagkant (17), som er forbundet via en sugeside (18) og en trykside (19) på tværsnitsprofilen (15), kendetegnet ved følgende fremgangsmådetrin: - tilvejebringelse af i det mindste to i længderetningen (11) på vingen (10) fremstillede og opdelte vingeafsnit (21, 22), idet delingen er placeret mellem profilforkanten (16) og profilbagkanten (17), og idet vingen (10) i det mindste er opdelt i et forreste vingeafsnit (21) med profilforkanten (16) og et bageste vingeafsnit (22) med profilbagkanten (17), - på- eller indføring af en første forbindelsesstykkedel (26) , som i det væsentlige strækker sig fra tryksiden (19) til sugesiden (18), i et første delt vingeafsnit (21) og af en anden forbindelsesstykkedel (27), som i det væsentlige strækker sig fra tryksiden (19) til sugesiden (18), i et andet delt vingeafsnit (22) og sammenføjning, navnlig sammenklæbning, af den første forbindelsesstykkedel (26) med den anden forbindelsesstykkedel (27), således at der dannes et dobbelt forbindelsesstykke (47) , idet på- eller indføringen af den første og den anden forbindelsesstykkedel (26, 27) omfatter en sammenføjning, navnlig en påklæbning, af den første og den anden forbindelsesstykkedel (26, 27) til henholdsvis en gjord (28, 29) på tryksiden (19) og en gjord (30, 31) på sugesiden (18) af hvert vingeafsnit (21, 22), idet der ved sammenføjningen, navnlig sammenklæbningen, af den første forbindelsesstykkedel (26) med den anden forbindelsesstykkedel (27) dannes et I-jern (25) omfattende fire gjorde (28-31) og et dobbelt forbindelsesstykke (47).
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vinge (10) til et vindkraftanlæg, idet den fremstillede vinge (10) i sin længdeudstrækning (11), som strækker sig fra en vingerod (12) i det væsentlige til en vingespids (13), i det mindste har et område (14), hvori vingen (10) har en aerodynamisk tværsnitsprofil (15), som har en profilforkant (16) (næse) og en profilbagkant (17), som er forbundet via en sugeside (18) og en trykside (19) på tværsnitsprofilen (15), kendetegnet ved følgende fremgangsmådetrin: - tilvejebringelse af i det mindste to i længderetningen (11) på vingen (10) fremstillede og opdelte vingeafsnit (21, 22), idet delingen er placeret mellem profilforkanten (16) og profilbagkanten (17), og idet vingen (10) i det mindste er opdelt i et forreste vingeafsnit (21) med profilforkanten (16) og et bageste vingeafsnit (22) med profilbagkanten (17), - på- eller indføring af en første forbindelsesstykkedel (26), som i det væsentlige strækker sig fra tryksiden (19) til sugesiden (18), og som har i det mindste to fødder (64-67, 92, 93, 97, 98, 100, 101), i et første delt vingeafsnit (21, 22), således at en del af fødderne (64-67, 92, 93, 97, 98, 100, 101) rager ud af vingeafsnittet (21, 22), - sammenklæbning af de udragende dele af fødderne (64-67, 92, 93, 97, 98, 100, 101) med et andet delt vingeafsnit (21, 22), idet der ved sammenklæbningen af forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) med vingeafsnittene (21, 22) dannes et I-jern (25) omfattende fire gjorde (28-31) og forbindelsesstykket (26, 27, 90, 91, 96, 99) .
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at der til tilvejebringelse af to i længdeudstrækningen (11) på vingen (10) fremstillede og delte vingeafsnit (21, 22) i det mindste ved et vingeafsnit (21, 22) , forbindes, navnlig sammenklæbes, et sugesideafsnit (32, 33) og et tryksideafsnit (34, 35) med hinanden, idet navnlig de to vingeafsnit (32-35) danner en næsekasse (21) og/eller en slutkasse (22), idet der navnlig til tilvejebringelse af to i længdeudstrækningen (11) på vingen (10) fremstillede og delte vingeafsnit (21, 22) forbindes, navnlig sammenklæbes, henholdsvis en gjord (28-31) med en sugeside (18) og med en trykside (19) på hvert vingeafsnit (21, 22).
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et gjordpar (28, 29; 30, 31) på en vinge (10) til et vindkraftanlæg ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, idet gjordparret (28, 29; 30, 31) fremstilles i en fremstillingsform (54, 55), som har konturen af vingen (10) i området for gjordparret (28, 29; 30, 31) og strækker sig i det mindste over længden (20) på et afsnit af vingen (10) .
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at afsnittet strækker sig fra et område i nærheden af vingeroden (12) hen mod vingespidsen (13) eller hen til en afsnitsende på vingen (10) i nærheden af vingespidsen (13), idet der navnlig er tilvejebragt et mellemstykke (56, 57) i fremstillingsformen (54, 55), som enten er udformet som mellemstykke (57) i et stykke med fremstillingsformen (54, 55) eller er formet som et udtageligt mellemstykke (56), idet navnlig mellemstykket (56, 57) er et midtermellemstykke.
