Claims (18)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fødevarebestanddel, der omfatter opnåelse af en mærket bakterie ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde, der omfatter trinene: (a) eksponering af en moderbakterie, der omfatter et CRISPR-locus, for en bakteriofag til indførelse af en yderligere gentagelse-spacer-enhed i CRISPR-locuset til frembringelse af en mærket bakterie, hvor den yderligere gentagelse-spacer-enhed tilvejebringer mærket, (b) selektion af en bakteriofag-ufølsom mutant; (c) sammenligning af et CRISPR-locus eller en del deraf fra moderbakterien og den bakteriofag-ufølsomme mutant; (d) selektion af en mærket bakterie, der omfatter den yderligere gentagelse-spacer-enhed i CRISPR-locuset, der ikke er til stede i moderbakterien; og yderligere omfatter trinet tilsætning af den mærkede bakterie eller en cellekultur, der omfatter den mærkede bakterie, til fødevarebestanddelen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor moderbakterien er udvalgt fra gruppen af slægter, der består af: Bacillus, Agrobacterium, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Corynebacterium, Bifidobacterium, Brevibacterium, Propionibacterium, Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Leuconostoc og Oenococcus.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter eksponering af moderbakterien for to eller flere bakteriofager enten samtidigt eller sekventielt, og hvor der selekteres en mærket bakterie, der omfatter to eller tre eller flere yderligere gentagelse-spacer-enheder.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor den mærkede bakterie akkumulerer de yderligere gentagelse-spacer-enheder i mere end ét CRISPR-locus.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor moderbakterien er Streptococcus.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor moderbakterien er Streptococcus thermophilus.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor bakteriofagen er udvalgt fra gruppen af virusfamilier, der består af: Corticoviridae, Cystoviridae, Inoviridae, Leviviridae, Microviridae, Myoviridae, Podoviridae, Siphoviridae og Tectiviridae.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor bakteriof agen er i stand til at inficere moderbakterien.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor en cellekultur, der omfatter den mærkede bakterie, tilsættes til fødevarebestanddelen.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor cellekulturen er en starterkultur, en probiotikumkultur eller et kosttilskud.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor cellekulturen er en starterkultur.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor starterkulturen er en frossen kultur.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor starterkulturen er en tørret starterkultur.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor den tørrede starterkultur er frysetørret.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor starterkulturen er en defineret blandet kultur.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor starterkulturen er en koncentreret starterkulturanvendelse til direkte podning.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor fødevarebestanddelen er egnet til tilsætning til en fødevare, og hvor fødevaren er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af konfektureprodukter, mejeriprodukter, kødprodukter, fjerkræprodukter, fiskeprodukter og bageriprodukter.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor fødevaren er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af alkoholfri drikke, frugtjuicer, drikke, der omfatter valleprotein, sundhedsteer, kakaodrikke, mælkedrikke, mælkesyrebakteriedrikke, ost, yoghurt, drikkeyoghurt og vin.
