Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til detektion af en føtal celle, omfattende følgende trin a. der tilvejebringes en maternel blodprøve eller en fraktion deraf b. cellerne fikseres c. prøven bringes i kontakt med i. en hybridiseringsprobe, der er rettet mod en nukleinsyre, som omfatter mindst 10 bp af et gen, som udtrykkes differentielt i føtale celler fra en maternel blodprøve, hvor genet er TMEFF2, eller ii. en ligand, der er rettet mod et antigen, som kodes af et gen, som udtrykkes differentielt i føtale celler fra en maternel blodprøve, hvor genet er TMEFF2.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, som desuden omfatter et trin, hvor der identificeres føtale celler i prøven, eller et trin, hvor føtale celler i prøven beriges.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, hvor identificering omfatter detektion af tilstedeværelsen af liganden eller hybridiseringsproben på eller i de føtale celler.
