Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til rensning af luft, hvor luften, der skal renses, ledes som en kontinuerlig strøm i rækkefølge gennem: a) en første zone, hvor luften behandles med ozon; b) en anden zone, hvor luften udsættes for ultraviolet lys; c) en tredje zone, hvor luftet holdes i et tilstrækkeligt tidsrum til at tillade aerosolvækst; d) en fjerde zone, hvor partikler i luften forsynes med en elektrisk ladning; e) en femte zone, hvor luften sendes gennem et elektrostatisk filter; og f) en sjette zone, hvor luften strømmer over en katalysator til nedbrydning af restozon.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor luften i den første zone (a) yderligere behandles med vand og/eller ammoniak og/eller aerosol acceleratorer.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor luftstrømsforurening konverteres til aerosoler ved oxidation med ozon eller ozonbaserede funktionelle grupper eller radikaler og ved kontrol af temperaturen og/eller den elektriske ladning og/eller tilsætningen af aerosolvækstacceleratorer.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mængden af ozon afgivet til den første zone (a) reguleres af et feed-back-system baseret på målinger med en ozonsensor anbragt i den tredje zone (c) og/eller en ozonsensor anbragt i den femte zone (e) og eller en ozonsensor anbragt i den sjette zone (f), hvilke(n) ozonsensor(er) sikrer, at ingen restozon undviger til omgivelserne fra den sjette zone (f).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ét af de foregående krav, hvor den elektriske ladning i den fjerde zone (d) tilvejebringes med en koronaladning.
6. Luftrensningsindretning (1) omfattende en kanal med et luftindløb (2) til luft, som skal renses, og et luftudløb (3) til renset luft og midler til at føre luft gennem kanalen fra indløbet til udløbet, hvor kanalen har følgende zoner i rækkefølge: a) en første zone med en ozonkilde (4); b) en anden zone med en ultraviolet lyskilde (6); c) en tredje zone med en dimension, som tillader tid til aerosolvækst; d) en fjerde zone med en elektrisk ladningsgenerator (7); e) en femte zone med ét eller flere elektrostatiske filtre (8); og f) en sjette zone med en katalysator (9) til fjernelse af restozon.
7. Luftrensningsindretning ifølge krav 6, hvor den første zone (a) yderligere omfatter et injektionssystem til indsprøjtning af ammoniak og/eller vanddamp.
8. Luftrensningsindretning ifølge krav 7, hvor mængden af ozon afgivet til den første zone (a) reguleres gennem et feed-back-system baseret på målinger med en ozonsensor (10) anbragt i den tredje zone (c) og/eller en ozonsensor (11) anbragt mellem den femte zone (e) og den sjette zone (f) og/eller en ozonsensor (12) anbragt i den sjette zone (f) efter katalysatoren (9).
9. Luftrensningsindretning ifølge krav 8, omfattende en ozonsensor (12) anbragt efter den sjette zone (f) og eventuelt en ozonsensor (11) mellem den femte zone (e) og den sjette zone (f).
10. Luftrensningsindretning ifølge krav 8 eller 9, yderligere omfattende et feedback-system til regulering af ozondannelse svarende til mængden af ozon detekteret af én af ozonsensorerne (10, 11 eller 12) og eventuelt kombineret med mængden af ozon detekteret af én eller flere af de yderligere ozonsensorer.
11. Luftrensningsindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 6-10, hvor katalysatoren til fjernelse af restozon er mangandioxid eller ceriumoxid.
12. Anvendelse af luftrensningsindretningen ifølge ethvert af kravene 6-11 til rensning af luft.
13. Anvendelse ifølge krav 12 til rensning af luft i bygninger og rum til forbedring af luftkvalitet og reduktion af omkostninger ved indtag af frisk luft; rensning af luft i fly eller andre fartøjer med begrænset plads med ingen eller begrænset adgang til frisk/ren luft; rensning af luft til personer med allergier over for kemikalier eller partikler; til tilvejebringelse af ren steril luft i hospitaler; til rensning af luft fra punktkilder til luftforurening; eller til fjernelse af olie anvendt som del af en fremstillingsproces eller brændselsolie/dieseltåger.
