Claims (3)

1. Fremgangsmåde til forarbejdning af organisk affald, såsom slagteriaffald, husholdningsaffald og lignende, ved hydrolyse i nærvær af enzymer, kendetegnet ved formaling af det organiske materiale til en passende størrelse sammen med en organisk syre, udvalgt fra myresyre, delvist ammoniakneutraliseret myresyre, blandinger af myresyre og propansyre eller propansyre alene til pH 3,4; og opblanding heraf med 5-15 volumenprocent af en ensilage, som er fiskeaffald formalet sammen med syrerne og til samme pH-værdi, og hvor fiskeaffaldet er kilden til enzymerne, og hvor hydrolysen udføres ned til molekyleniveau for at forøge energieffektiviteten 5-20°C, til der opnås en pumpbar slam med en viskositet på 500-350 mPa.s, målt ved 20°C.
