Claims (14)
1. Apparat (100) omfattende: en sensorindgang (106), som er i stand til at modtage i det mindste et signal fra en sensor (102), idet signalet er baseret på et antal affølte fysiologiske karakteristiske værdier ved en bruger af apparatet, hvorved antallet af affølte fysiologiske karakteristiske værdier omfatter: blodglucosekoncentrationer i brugeren, og hastigheden, hvorved blodglucosekoncentrationerne i brugeren ændrer sig over en forudbestemt tidsperiode, en processor (108), som er koblet til sensorindgangen (106) til drivning af et antal alarmer, som er baseret på det modtagne signal fra sensoren, hvorved processoren er i stand til at aktivere hver alarm ud af antallet af alarmer en forskellig affølt fysiologisk karakteristisk værdi ud af antallet af affølte fysiologiske karakteristiske værdier, og kendetegnet ved, en alarmslumrefunktion, som: tillader brugeren at ignorere en første alarm i en forudbestemt periode, hvorved den første alarm aktiveres i en første fysiologisk karakteristisk værdi, og ikke tillader brugeren at ignorere en anden alarm, som aktiveres af en anden fysiologisk karakteristisk værdi.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter en alarmgentagelsesforsinkelsesfunktion, som aktiveres som svar på den første alarm og forsinker gentagelsen af alarmen i en forudbestemt tidsperiode efter en måling af koncentrationen af blodglucose først indikerer en glykæmisk tilstand.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved en første alarm aktiveres, når glucosekoncen-trationer udviser en forudbestemt ændringshastighed, og en anden alarm aktiveres, når glucosekoncentrationerne når en forudbestemt værdi.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, hvorved kriteriet for aktivering af den første alarm er mere stringent end kriteriet for aktivering af den anden alarm.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 3, hvorved processoren er i stand til at aktivere en alarm baseret på en evaluering af både glodglucosekoncentrationerne og hastigheden af ændringen af blodglucosekoncentrationer.
6. Apparat ifølge krav 5, hvorved alarmen aktiveres baseret på en matematisk sammenligning af blodglucosekoncentrationerne i brugeren og hastigheden af ændringen af blodglucosekoncentrationer i brugeren.
7. Apparat ifølge krav 1, og som yderligere omfatter et relæ, som automatisk opkalder et forudbestemt telefonnummer som en del af en notifikationsordning for en begivenhed, som ikke er blevet bekræftet og/eller adresseret af brugeren.
8. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved den første og anden fysiologiske karakteristiske værdi omfatter hypoglykæmi eller hyperglykæmi, og hvorved den første og anden alarm er indstillet forskellig for hypoglykæmiske alarmer eller hypoglykæmiske alarmer af forskellig alvorlighed.
9. Apparat ifølge krav 8, hvorved den første og anden alarm er hyperglykæmi-ske alarmer, og den første alarm trigges ved hjælp af en lavere hyperglykæmisk tærskelværdi og den anden alarm trigges ved hjælp af en højere hyperglykæmisk tærskelværdi.
10. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved: den første alarm er baseret på en detektionsordning for fysiologiske glucose-niveauer, som når en forudbestemt tærskelkoncentration, og den anden alarm er baseret på en detektionsordning for en specifik hastighed, ved hvilken fysiologiske glucoseniveauer ændres i brugeren.
11. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved: den første alarm er baseret på en detektionsordning for en specifik hastighed, ved hvilken fysiologiske glucoseniveauer ændrer sig i brugeren, og den anden alarm er baseret på en detektionsordning for fysiologiske glucoseniveauer, som når en forudbestemt tærskelkoncentration.
12. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved alarmslumrefunktionen igangsættes af brugeren og forhindrer den første alarm i at blive igangsat i en specifik tidsperiode, som er valgt af brugeren ud fra en liste af slumreperiodetilvækster.
13. Apparat ifølge krav 12, hvorved apparatet omfatter en displayskærm, og brugeren kan rulle igennem en liste af forsinkelsestilvækster og udvælge den specifikke tidsperiode ud fra en liste af forsinkelsestilvækster.
14. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-13, hvorved en tidsmåler igangsættes, når et første interval af affølte fysiologiske karakteristiske værdier overskrides, hvorved udløb forårsager påmindelser af den første alarm, hvis i mellemtiden et andet interval af den affølte værdi ikke er blevet overskredet, og hvis det andet interval (504) overskrides inden for en tidsperiode, den anden alarm udsendes og tidsmåleren genstartes, uden at der udsendes nogen påmindelse ved udløbet af den første tidsperiode, hvorved en påmindelse udsendes ved udløbet af en anden tidsmåler.
