Claims (7)

1. Modermælkserstatning, omfattende: (I) en fedtblanding, omfattende: (a) fra 55 til 70 vægt% af mindst én flydende olie; og (b) fra 30 til 45 vægt% af en triglyceridsammensætning, omfattende fra 40 til 50 vægt% af mættede fedtsyrerester med 16 carbonatomer og fra 40 til 50 vægt% af umættede fedtsyrerester med 18 carbonatomer og én dobbeltbinding, og hvor 50 til 60 vægt% af de mættede fedtsyrerester med 16 carbonatomer er til stede ved 2-positionen i en triglycerid, hvor fedtblandingen omfatter: (i) fra 0,1 til 1,5 vægt% af mættede fedtsyrerester med fra 12 til 14 carbonatomer; (ii) fra 20 til 27 vægt% af mættede fedtsyrerester med 16 carbonatomer; (iii) fra 2 til 6,5 vægt% af mættede fedtsyrerester med 18 carbonatomer; (iv) fra 28 til 37 vægt% af umættede fedtsyrerester med 18 carbonatomer og én dobbeltbinding; (v) fra 30 til 40 vægt% af umættede fedtsyrerester med 18 carbonatomer og to dobbeltbindinger; og (vi) fra 2 til 4 vægt% af umættede fedtsyrerester med 18 carbonatomer og tre dobbeltbindinger, og (II) mælkefedt, hvor fedtblandingen står for fra 40 til 95 vægt% af det samlede fedtindhold af modermælkserstatningen, og mælkefedtet står for fra 5 til 60 vægt% af det samlede fedtindhold af modermælkserstatningen.
2. Modermælkserstatning ifølge krav 1, hvor mælkefedtet stammer fra komælk.
3. Modermælkserstatning ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor fedtblandingen omfatter fra 10 til 20 vægt% af solsikkeolie og fra 40 til 55 vægt% af sojaolie.
4. Modermælkserstatning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor fra 30 til 40 vægt% af de mættede fedtsyrerester med 16 carbonatomer i fedtblandingen er til stede i 2-positionen af en triglycerid. 2
5. Modermælkserstatning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, yderligere omfattende en eller flere yderligere komponenter udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af valleprotein, kulhydrater, mineraler, vitaminer og blandinger deraf.

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en modermælkserstatning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, omfattende: (a) at dispergere en fedtblanding som defineret i (I) i krav 1, i komælk; (b) eventuelt at pasteurisere produktet af (a); og (c) fjerne vand fra det produkt, der er opnået i (a) eller (b).
