Claims (14)
1. Laserindretning til retinal behandling udformet til at generere et prikmønster, omfattende: et lasermodul (2), der genererer en sekvens af laserimpulser, der hver især har: en pulsvarighed i området fra 50ps til 500ns; en bølgelængde i området 500nm til 900nm; og en impulsenergi i området 10 μϋ til 10mJ; hvor laserstrålen, der udsendes fra lasermodulet, har en ikke-ensartet energifordeling; et stråleafgivelses- og betragtningsmodul (4), som leverer laserimpulserne til retina med en stråleeksponering i området fra 8mJ/cm2 til 8000mJ/cm2 pr. impuls; og et ensartet strålingsmodul omfattende en optisk fiber, der er indrettet til at bevirke interferens mellem propageringsmodi af laserlys rettet gennem den optiske fiber for at danne en kornet rumlig fordeling af laserenergien ved afgivelsen og er indrettet til at modificere den udsendte stråleprofil af lasermodulet (2) for at generere en ensartet behandlingseffekt.
2. Laserbehandlingsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor lasermodulet (2) genererer fra 2 til 5 laserimpulser.
3. Laserbehandlingsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor lasermodulet (2) genererer 3 laserimpulser.
4. Laserbehandlingsindretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor impulsvarigheden er ca. 3ns.
