Claims (14)
1. Tofaset lipid vesikelsammensætning til anvendelse ved behandling af cervikal dysplasi ved intravaginal administration, der omfatter en suspension af lipide dobbeltlagsvesikler, der har indesluttet deri en olie-i-vand-emulsion, humant interferon-alfa-2b og L-methionin, hvilken sammensætning har en interferon-alfa-2b-specifik aktivitet på mellem ca. 1 og 10 MIU (millioner internationale enheder) per gram sammensætning, og mellem 0,01 til 0,5 vægt-% L-methionin.
2. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, som er i form af en creme.
3. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, som har en interferon-a-2b specifik aktivitet på mellem 1 og 3 MIE humant interferon-alfa-2b per gram sammensætning.
4. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 3, der indeholder mellem 0,01 til 0,5 vægtprocent L-methionin.
5. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst 30 % af interferon-alfa-2b og L-methionin i sammensætningen er til stede i den indesluttede olie-i-vand-emulsion.
6. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor suspensionen skal administreres intravaginalt til individet i en dosis på mellem 1 og 20 millioner internationale enheder (MIE) interferon-alfa-2b, og den nævnte administration skal gentages mindst 3 dage/uge i en periode på mindst 4 uger.
7. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, som har en specifik aktivitet på mellem 1 og 3 MIE humant interferon-alfa-2b per gram sammensætning.
8. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, som er i form af creme og som skal administreres i en dosis på mellem 3-7 g pr administration.
9. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, der indeholder mellem 0,01 til 0,5 vægtprocent L-methionin.
10. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, hvor mindst 30% af interferon-alfa-2b og L-methionin i sammensætningen, der skal administreres, er til stede i den indesluttede olie-i-vand-emulsion.
11. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, hvor administrationen skal gentages mindst 3 dage/uge i en periode på mindst 6 uger.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en tofaset vesikel, der omfatter en multilamellær lipid vesikel, der omfatter: (a) at tilvejebringe en vandig emulsionsfase, der omfatter vand og et overfladeaktivt middel, og human interferon-alfa-2b og 0,01 til 0,5 vægtprocent L-methionin inkorporeret i emulsionen, hvor den vandige fase yderligere omfatter en yderligere antioxidant, et cheleringsmiddel og/eller en proteinstabilisator; og (b) at iblande den vandige emulsionsfase med en dispergeret fase, der omfatter en olie og konsistensforstærker, således at den dispergerede fase er dispergeret i den vandige emulsionsfase; hvor sammensætningen har en humant interferon-a-2b-aktivitet på mellem ca. 1 og 10 MILI per gram sammensætning.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor dispergerede fase består af oliedråber, der har en størrelse på mindre end 1 pm.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller krav 13, hvor den multilamellære vesikel omfatter cholesterol.
