Claims (8)
1. Indgivelsesindretning til indgivelse af et flydende lægemiddel over et forlænget tidsrum til en patient, omfattende: a) en indgivelsesenhed (70), b) et hylster (10), idet hylsteret (10) omfatter indgivelsesenheden (70), idet hylsteret (10) er indrettet til at blive båret af en patient over et forlænget tidsrum, c) en styreenhed (80), idet styreenheden (80) styrer funktionen af indgivelsesenheden (70), idet styreenheden (80) er indrettet til at modtage et signal der udløser en alarm, d) mindst en alarmenhed (33, 35), idet den mindst ene alarmenhed (33,35) er forbundet med styreenheden (80), idet den mindst ene alarmenhed (33, 35) er indrettet til at generere mindst et alarmsignal ved modtagelse af signalet, der udløser en alarm, med styreenheden (80), e) en patienttilstandsmonitor (100, 100', 100"), idet patienttilstandsmonitoren (100, 100', 100") omfatter en bevægelsessensitiv sensorenhed (140, 140', 200), idet den bevægelsessensitive sensorenhed (140, 140', 200) reagerer på patientbevægelse, idet patienttilstandsmonitoren (100, 100', 100") er indrettet til at behandle et sensorsignal (SS) genereret af den bevægelsessensitive sensorenhed (140, 140', 200), kendetegnet ved at patienttilstandsmonitoren (100, 100', 100") er indrettet til at generere et signal, der udløser en alarm, og til at sende signalet, der udløste alarmen, til styreenheden (80), hvis behandling af sensorsignalet (SS) indikerer et patientbevægelsesniveau under et foruddefineret bevægelsesniveau, idet det foruddefinerede bevægelsesniveau er et bevægelsesniveau, under hvilket det er sandsynligt at patienten er i koma, og derved sikrer en kort forsinkelsestid for en alarm, hvis en patient er i koma, mens falske alarmer udgås.
2. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at den bevægelsessensitive sensorenhed (140,140', 200) er omfattet af og/eller forbundet med et bevægelsessensorenhedshylster, idet bevægelsessensorenhedshylsteret er adskilt fra hylsteret (10).
3. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den bevægelsessensitive sensorenhed (140,140', 200) omfatter mindst en af en hældningssensor, en vibrationssensor, en stødsensor og en accelerationssensor.
4. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den bevægelsessensitive sensorenhed (140,140') omfatter mindst en binær omskiftersensor.
5. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at patienttilstandsmonitoren (100) omfatter en energilagring (125) og ved at den bevægelsessensitive sensorenhed (140) er indrettet til at modificere en energi (E) lagret af energilagringen (125).
6. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at patienttilstandsmonitoren (100, 100', 100") er, mindst delvist, indrettet til at blive diskontinuerligt forsynet med energi.
7. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at styreenheden (80) er indrettet til at styre indgivelsesenheden (70) til at stoppe lægemiddelindgivelse ved modtagelse af signalet, der udløser alarmen.
8. Indgivelsesindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at patienttilstandsmonitoren (100, 100', 100") er indrettet til at blive selektivt deaktiveret.
