Claims (13)

  1. LIMSAMMENSÆTNING TIL MINERALFIBRE, DER INDEHOLDER EN FENOLHARPIKS, SAMT RESULTERENDE PRODUKTER
    1. Limsammensætning ti! mineraifibre, der omfatter en fenoiharpiks, urea, en harpiks-tværbindingskatalysator og evt. additiver, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren er en blanding af ammoniumsulfamat og ammoniumsulfat, og ved, at moiforholdet mellem ammoniumsulfamat og ammoniumsulfat varierer fra 0,40:0,60 til 0,60:0,40.
  2. 2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indholdet af ammoniumsulfamat og ammoniumsuifat varierer fra 2 ti! 8 vægtprocent af harpiks- og urea-faststoffer.
  3. 3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at indholdet varierer fra 2,5 til 6% og fortrinsvis fra 2,6 til 4,2%,
  4. 4. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at den termohærdende harpiks er valgt bland fenolharpikser, der opnås gennem reaktion af en fenolforbindelse og et aldehyd i nærvær af en basis katalysator, i et aldehyd-/fenoiforbindeises-molforhold, der er større end 1.
  5. 5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at aidehyd-/fenolforbindelses-molforholdet varierer fra 2 tii 5.
  6. 6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved, at fenolforbsndeisen er fenol og aldehydet er formaldehyd.
  7. 7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at harpiksen har et frit fenolindhold, der er mindre end eller lig med 2% af væskens totale vægt, og et frit formaldehydindhold, der er mindre end eller lig med 10% af væskens totale vægt.
  8. 8. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at ureaen repræsenterer op til 50 vægtdele pr. 100 vægtdele harpiks og urea.
  9. 9. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere omfatter nedenstående additiver i følgende proportioner beregnet på basis af 100 vægtdele harpiks- og ureafaststoffer: 0 til 2 dele silan, fortrinsvis et aminosiian, og 0 til 20 dele olie, generelt 4 til 15 dele.
  10. 10. Brug af limsammensætningen ifølge et af kravene 1 tii 9 til fremstilling af varme- og/eiler lydisolerende produkter, som har en varmeledningsevne λ, der er mindre end 40 mW/(m.K).
  11. 11. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mineralfibrene er steneiler glasfibre.
  12. 12. Sammensætning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at aldehyd-/fenolforbindelsens molforhoid varierer fra 2,3 til 4,2.
  13. 13. Sammensætning ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at ureaen repræsenterer fra 20 til 45 vægtdele pr. 100 vægtdele harpiks og urea.
