Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at overvåge en estimering af en ophidselseskomponent af en hjertefrekvens (HRPhAr) af et individuelt menneske eller dyr på basis af en model af en bioproces af mennesket eller dyret, hvor modellen er i stand til at integrere målt realtidsinformation om ét eller flere bioprocesinput og ét eller flere bioprocesoutput og forbinde dette til estimeringen af ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen (HRPhAr) af det individuelle menneske eller dyr, hvor hjertefrekvensen (HRtot) har en fysisk komponent (HRPhyS) og ophidselseskomponenten (HRPhAr), hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at generere modellen af bioprocessen online, hvor modelparametre estimeres og opdateres i realtid baseret på online måling af bioprocesinputtene og bio-procesoutputtene, at indlæse realtidsinformationen om bioprocessen, inklusive bioprocesinput og bioprocesoutput, i modellen, at generere modeloutput i reaktion på realtidsinformationen om bioprocesinputtene ved anvendelse af en dynamisk og adaptiv databaseret online modelleringsteknik, hvor mindst én af bioprocesinputtene anvendt som modelinput er fysisk aktivitet af mennesket eller dyret, og mindst én af modeloutputtene er en estimeret komponent af hjertefrekvensen (HRmech), som er et bioprocesoutput relaterende sig til den fysiske komponent af hjertefrekvensen, baseret på den fysiske aktivitet, og at måle hjertefrekvensen (HRtot) af det individuelle menneske eller dyr for at opnå en målt hjertefrekvens (HRtot), som desuden omfatter trinet at anvende en værdi af en ukendt variabel til at overvåge og/eller styre ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen (HRphAr), hvor værdien af den ukendte variabel bestemmes ved i realtid at subtrahere den estimerede komponent af hjertefrekvensen (HRmech), en komponent af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til basal metabolisme (HRbmr) og en komponent af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til varmebalancen (HRheat) fra den målte hjertefrekvens (HRtot), hvor den resulterende forskel er værdien af den ukendte variabel henført til ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen (HRphAr), hvor
hvor genereringen af modellen online omfatter at udtrykke hjertefrekvensen (HRtot) som
i hvilken den fysiske komponent af hjertefrekvensen (HRphys), som er den estimerede komponent af hjertefrekvensen (HRmech) med en tidsforsinkelse nk, komponenten af hjerte
frekvensen relaterende til basal metabolisme (HRbmr) og komponenten af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til varmebalance (HRheat), er udtrykt som
og i hvilken fejlen er den resulterende forskel svarende til værdien af den ukendte variabel henført til ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen (HRPhAr) udtrykt som
hvor - y(t) er en tidsserie af den i realtid målte hjertefrekvens (HRtot); - t er tid; u(t-nk) er en tidsserie af bioprocesinputtet, som er den fysiske aktivitet af mennesket eller dyret, anvendt som modelinput; - nk er en tidsforsinkelse mellem bioprocesinputtet og bioprocesoutputtet; e(t) er en dynamisk fejlterm, som beskriver den ukendte variabel henført til estimeringen af ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen (HRPhAr); - B(q), F(q), C(q) og D(q) er polynomier; g er en backward shift operator.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, som desuden omfatter trinet at anvende værdien af den ukendte variabel som et modelinput i en yderligere model eller algoritme til overvågnings- eller styringsformål, og/eller desuden omfatter trinet at gerenere en anden ukendt variabel ved at anvende en fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, og anvende den anden ukendte variabel som yderligere modelinput i den yderligere model eller algoritme til overvågningseller styringsformål.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor modeloutputtet af den yderligere model eller algoritme anvendes til den kontinuerlige detektering af normal til rigelig søvnighed i et aktivt subjekt (NESAS).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvor værdien af den ukendte variabel bestemmes over tid, hvilket resulterer i dynamik af den ukendte variabel, og hvor værdien af den ukendte variabel klassificeres som indeholdende ophidselsesbegivenheder eller ikke afhængigt af dynamikken af den ukendte variabel.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, som desuden omfatter trinet at anvende den estimerede komponent af hjertefrekvensen baseret på i det mindste den fysiske aktivitet til at overvåge og/eller styre den fysiske komponent af hjertefrekvensen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor komponenten af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til basal metabolisme og komponenten af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til hjertebalance, i tilgift til den estimerede komponent af hjertefrekvensen, tages i betragtning for at overvåge og/eller styre den fysiske komponent af hjertefrekvensen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor dynamikken af modelparametrene, som modellerer den fysiske status af individet, anvendes til at detektere, om individet har
taget eller er blevet givet doping.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, hvor modellen tager højde for effekter af eksterne forstyrrelser eller variable, der betragtes som eksterne forstyrrelser, for at redefinere forholdet mellem bioprocesinput og bioprocesoutput.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, hvor modelparametre relaterende til den fysiske komponent af hjertefrekvensen estimeres på en klar fysisk anstrengelse, og hvor den ukendte variabel bestemmes og henføres til ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen, medens modelparametrene relaterende til den fysiske komponent af hjertefrekvensen holdes konstant.
10. System til at overvåge en estimering af hjertefrekvensen af et individuelt menneske eller dyr ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 9, hvor hjertefrekvensen har en fysisk komponent og ophidselseskomponenten, hvilket system omfatter: (a) middel til at opsamle og lagre realtidsinformation om bioprocesinput og -output, hvor mindst ét af bioprocesinputtene er fysisk aktivitet af mennesket eller dyret, (b) middel til online at modellere og generere en estimering af en komponent af ophidselsesvariablen af mennesket eller dyret baseret på den fysiske aktivitet, hvor systemet er indrettet til at estimere ophidselseskomponenten ved at subtrahere den estimerede komponent af ophidselsesvariablen, komponenten af ophidselsesvariablen relaterende til basal metabolisme og komponenten af ophidselsesvariablen relaterende til varmebalance fra den målte ophidselsesvariabel, og hvor den resulterende forskel er en værdi af en ukendt variabel henført til ophidselseskomponenten af ophidselsesvariablen.
11. System ifølge krav 10, som desuden omfatter: (c) middel til online at modellere og generere værdien af en ukendt variabel ud fra et sæt af ligninger, hvor den målte ophidselsesvariabel og den estimerede komponent af ophidselsesvariablen er kendte variable.
12. System ifølge krav 11 til at styre ophidselsesvariablen, hvilket system desuden omfatter: (d) middel til at sammenligne og bestemme variansen mellem den estimerede komponent af ophidselsesvariablen og en forud indstillet fysisk referencekomponent af ophidselsesvariablen; (e) middel til at sammenligne og bestemme variansen mellem den genererede værdi af den ukendte variabel og en forud indstillet referenceophidselseskomponent; (f) middel til at bestemme hvordan én eller flere bioprocesinputs skal justeres i forhold til variansen bestemt med (d) og/eller (e).
13. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 12, hvor den fysiske aktivitet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af træningsaktivitet, kropsbevægelse eller kropsdelsbevægelse og ef- fektproduktion.
14. System ifølge krav 11, som desuden omfatter middel til online at modellere og forudsige et biorespons baseret på inputtet af i det mindste værdien af den ukendte variabel, og/eller som desuden omfatter middel til at udlæse information om bioprocessen eller alarm- eller signaliseringsmiddel eller styremiddel.
15. Computerprogramprodukt til anvendelse i et system til at overvåge en estimering af en ophidselseskomponent af hjertefrekvensen af et individuelt menneske eller dyr ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 14, hvor hjertefrekvensen har en fysisk komponent og ophidselseskomponenten, hvilket computerprogramprodukt omfatter softwarekode, som, når eksekveret på en behandlingsmaskine, der har en processor og en hukommelse, tilvejebringer: (a) middel til at opsamle og lagre realtidsinformation om bioprocesinputs og -outputs, hvor mindst én af bioprocesinputtene er fysisk aktivitet af mennesket eller dyret; og (b) middel til online at modellere og generere en estimering af en komponent af hjertefrekvensen af mennesket eller dyret baseret på den fysiske aktivitet, hvor computerprogramproduktet er indrettet til at estimere ophidselseskomponenten ved at subtrahere den estimerede komponent af hjertefrekvensen, komponenten af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til basal metabolisme og komponenten af hjertefrekvensen relaterende til varmebalance fra den målte hjertefrekvens, og hvor den resulterende forskel er en værdi af en ukendt variabel henført til ophidselseskomponenten af hjertefrekvensen.
