Abstract

The invention relates to a t apparatus for a container, in particular a refrigeration container, comprising at least two support components on which a protective material is disposed, wherein the support components are produced at least partially from steel.

Claims (16)

1. A floor apparatus for a container, in particular a refrigeration container, comprising at least two support components (10; 10'; 210; 310), on which a protective material (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) is disposed, wherein the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) are produced at least partially from steel.
2. The floor apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) are produced from a steel (14) coated on both sides with a coating plastic.
3. The floor apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that each of the at least two support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) comprises a body (18) orientated essentially perpendicular to the bottom section (12) of the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) and a head (16) with a support surface (17) orientated essentially parallel to the bottom section (12) of the support component, on which support surface the protective material (28; 281; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) is disposed.
4. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310; 24, 24') and the bottom section (12, 26) are produced from steel profiles parts (2, 22', 24, 24', 26) coated on both sides with coating plastic.
5. The floor apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) and the bottom section (12) are covered with a plastic film.
6. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an internal space (25) of the respective support component (10; 10'; 210; 310) is filled with a filler plastic.
7. The floor apparatus according to at least one of claims 3 to 7, characterised in that at least a region (33) at the head (16) of the respective support component (10; 10'; 210; 310) is provided with a corrosion protection.
8. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) extend periodically in the manner of a T- Grade arrangement.
9. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the protective material (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) disposed on the support component engages around at least a region of the support component (10; 10'; 210; 310).
10. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the protective material (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) disposed on the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) engages over at least two support components (10; 10'; 210; 310).
11. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the protective material (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) disposed on the support components (10: 10'; 210; 310) is at least one of the group comprising plastic, aluminium, special steel and GRP.
12. The floor apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the protective material (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) is a plate (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) provided with holes (1027; 1127; 1228).
13. The floor apparatus according to claim 12, characterised in that the holes (1027; 1127; 1228) provided in the protective material (28; 28'; 228; 328; 1028; 1128; 1228) are at least one of elongated holes (1027), oval holes (1127) and rectangular holes (1227).

A method for producing a floor appar atus (1) for a container, in par ticular' a refrigeration container, according to any one of claims 1 to 13, comprising the steps: a) providing steel profile parts (10; 10'; 210; 310; 22, 22', 24, 24', 26) coated on both sides with coating plastic; b) positioning the steel profile parts (10'; 22, 22', 24, 24', 26; 224, 224'; 324, 324') in a row, so that an arrangement of the support components (10; 10'; 210; 310) is formed; c) arranging a protective material on a surface (17) of a head (16) of the respective support component (10; 10'; 210; 310).
15. The method according to claim 14, characterised in that an internal space (25) of the support components (10; 10') is filled with a filler plastic.
16. The method according to at least one of claims 14 und 15, characterised in that at least one of the steel profile parts (10; 10'; 22, 22', 24, 24', 26; 224, 224'; 324, 324') is provided in at least one region (33; 233; 333) with a corrosion protection.
