Abstract

Emballagefolie (2), fortrinsvis til mejeriprodukter - feks. smør og ost og af den type, der består af et laminat, der på en udvendig side er forsynet med en lakeret alufolie (4, 8), hvor alufolien (4) har en tykkelse på 5-10 tm, og er sammenlamineret med en "pa perlike" HDPE-folie (6) med en tykkelse på 2O-5O hvilke folier (4, 6) er sammen lamineret ved hjælp af en lim (10), der tåler sterilisering/autoklavering ved indtil 126°. Herved opnås en væsentligt forbedret "deadfold" emballagefolie, der navnlig er veleg net til emballering af mejeriprodukter, f.eks. smør og ost. Betegnelsen "deadfold" angiver, at emballagefolien efter sanirnenfoldning f.eks. ved lukning af en sædvanlig smør- emballage vedblivende opretholder skarpe og holdbare sammenfoldninger, dvs, at smoremballagen ikke har tendens til at åbnes eller opfoldes af sig selv.

Description

PATENTKRAV 1. Emballagefolie (2), fortrinsvis til mejeriprodukter - f.eks. smør og ost - og af den type, der består af et laminat, der på en udvendig side er forsynet med en lakeret alufolie (4, 8), kendetegnet ved, at alufolien (4) har en tykkelse på 5-10 μηι, og er sammenlamineret med en "paperlike" HDPE-folie (6) med en tykkelse på 20-50pm, hvilke folier (4, 6) er sammenlamineret ved hjælp af en lim (10), der tåler sterilise-ring/autoklavering ved indtil 126°. 2. Emballagefolie (2) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den udvendige alufolie (4) har en tykkelse på 6,35pm og HDPE-folien (6) har en tykkelse på 30-40gm. 3. Emballagefolie (2) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den udvendige alufolie (4) har en tykkelse på 9pm og HDPE-folien (6) har en tykkelse på indtil 50pm.
