Claims (17)

1. Pipe liis® fixating device comprising an. expansion organ which is at least partially insertable between an outer pipeline and an inner pipeline extending at least partially within the outer pipeline, the device comprising actuating means for expanding the expansion organ in a substantially radial direction with respect to the inner and outer pipeline for fixing the inner pipeline relative to the outer pipeline in at least an axial direction of the inner and outer pipeline* 2* Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the actuating means are configured for alternating the expansion organ from a non-expanded state to an expanded state and vice versa* 3« Pipeline fixating device of claim 2, wherein in the non-expanded state the expansion, organ is at least partially insertable in and removable from the area between the inner pipeline and the outer pipeline, and wherein in the expanded state the expansion organ is configured to fixate the inner pipeline relative to the outer pipeline in at least the axial direction.
4, Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the expansion organ comprises an inner contact surface for engagement with the inner pipeline end an outer contact surface for engagement with the outer pipeline, wherein the expansion organ ia configured to exert a force on both the outer pipeline and. the inner pipeline in at least a radial direction via the inner and outer contact surfaces for fixating the inner pipeline relative to the outer pipeline in the axial direction via friction forces between the respective contact surfaces and the respective inner and outer pipeline·. 5* Pipeline fixating device of claim X, comprising at least one first support part which is not expandable and which is configured to be at least partially inserted between the inner and the outer pipeline at a location which is spaced about the circumference of the lunar pipeline from the location of the expansion organ.

Pipeline fixating device of claim 5* comprising & first and a second support part which are not expandable, and wherein the expansion organ, the first and the second support part engage the inner and outer pipeline at a respective locations which are spaced from one another about the circumference of the inner pipeline« ?, Pipeline fixating device of claim 6, wherein the expansion organ and the first and second support part are spaced from one another at about 120 degrees about the circumference of the inner pipeline.
8. Pipeline fixating device of any of claims 5-7, wherein the expansion organ and the one or more support parts are configured to be positioned near the end of the outer pipeline.
9. Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the expansion organ comprises a first wedge part and a second wedge part which are movable relative to one another for radially expanding the expansion organ.
10. Pipeline fixating device of claim 9, wherein the first wedge part and the second wedge part are movable relative to one another in an axial direction.
11. Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises a hydraulic actuator for a spending the expansion organ.
12. Pipeline fixating device of claim 1# wherein the actuating means is configured to be positioned at least partially outside of the outer pipeline, the device comprising a transmission means for transferring a force of the actuating means to the expansion organ, wherein the transmission means spans a distance between th® position of the actuating means and the position of the expansion organ.

Pipeline, fixating device of claim 11, wherein the transmission -means comprises a lever which is pivotable about a lever axis, one part of the lever being connected with the actuating means and another part of the lever being connected with the expansion organ, 14. pipeline fixating device of claim l, wherein the expansion organ is further configured to fixate the inner pipeline relative to the outer- pipeline in a radial direction.
15, Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the actuating means is configured to exert a force on the expansion organ for expanding the expansion organ,

18, Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the pipeline fixating device comprises an end face engagement surface which is configured to engage at least a part of the end face of the outer pipeline, such that when the expansion organ is in a non~«xpanded state the pipeline fixating device rests on the end face of the outer pipeline.
19, Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the expansion organ is configured to accommodate spacer organs of different s isses and/or contact surface shapes, allowing the pipeline fixating device to be used for varying diameters of the inner and/or outer pipeline, resulting in varying pipe wall radii and varying sires of the annular space between the inner and outer pipeline.
20, Pipeline fixating device of claim 1, wherein the expansion organ comprises: - a first wedge part configured to engage the outer pipeline, - a second wedge part configured to engage the inner pipeline, and ~ a third wedge part connected to the actuating means and configured to move relative to the first wedge part and the second wedge part, for moving the first and second wedge part away from one another. 21, pipeline fixating device of claim 20, wherein the third wedge part is movable at least partially between the first and second wedge part,
22, Pipeline fixating device of claim 20, wherein the first and second wedge part are movable radially relative to one another without substantially moving in an axial direction.
23- Method for fixating an inner pipeline relative to an outer pipeline in at least an axial direction of the inner and outer pipeline with a pipeline fixating device, the method comprising: - providing a free end of an outer pipeline and providing an inner pipeline extending at least partially within the outer pipeline? ™ inserting at least one expansion organ of the pipeline fixating device at least partially in an area between the inner pipeline and the outer pipeline; "· expanding the expansion organ via actuating means in a substantially radial direction with respect to the inner and outer pipeline, such that the expansion organ exerts a force on both, the outer pipeline and the inner pipeline, thereby substantially fixating the inner pipeline relative to the outer pipeline in the axial direction,

Method according to claim 23, wherein a pipeline construction processing operation is performed on the inner and/or outer pipeline after the inner pipeline is fixated relative to the outer pipeline in the axial direction, and wherein after the pipeline processing operation is performed the expansion organ is brought from an expanded state to a non-expanded state and is removed from the area between the inner and outer pipeline. 25« Method of claim 22, wherein the pipeline fixating device is positioned at the end of the outer pipeline with an end face engagement surface thereof engaging the end face of the outer pipeline.
