Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rodafsnit (116) af etvindturbineblad (114), hvor vindturbinebladet indbefatter et rodafsnit,et hovedafsnit (118) og et spidsafsnit (120), hvor fremgangsmaden om¬fatter: at tilvejebringe et ydre lag (132) af forstærkningsfibre omfat¬tende mindst to vævede måtter af forstærkningsfibre, at tilvejebringe et indre lag (130) af forstærkningsfibre med enindre overflade (150) og en ydre overflade (152) omfattende mindst tovævede måtter af forstærkningsfibre, at placere mindst to bånd (134, 136) af forstærkningsfibre mel¬lem det indre og det ydre lag, hvor hvert bånd af forstærkningsfibreomfatter mindst to vævede måtter af forstærkningsfibre, at placere en måtte (140) af tilfældigt arrangerede forstærk¬ningsfibre mellem hvert par af tilstødende bånd af forstærkningsfibre, at indføre en poiymerisk resin ind i rodafsnittet af vindturbine¬bladet, at lade resinen trække gennem det ydre lag, det indre lag,hvert bånd af forstærkningsfibre og hver måtte af tilfældige forstærk¬ningsfibre og at hærde resinen for at danne rodafsnittet af vindturbinebladet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 yderligere omfattende at pla¬cere en yderligere måtte (140) af tilfældigt arrangerede forstærknings¬fibre tilstødende den indre overflade (150) af det indre lag (130) af for¬stærkningsfibre.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor forstærkningsfibreneomfatter mindst én af glasfibre, grafitfibre, kulfibre, keramiske fibre,armidfibre, bastard-jutefibre, jutefibre, hørfibre, hampfibre, cellulosefib¬re, sisalhampfibre og coirfibre.

Vindturbineblad (114) omfattende et rodafsnit (116), et ho¬vedafsnit (118) og et spidsafsnit (120), hvor hovedafsnittet er anbragtmellem rodafsnittet og spidsafsnittet, hvor rodafsnittet omfatter: et ydre lag (132) af forstærkningsfibre omfattende mindst tovævede måtter af forstærkningsfibre, et indre lag (130) af forstærkningsfibre med en indre overflade(150) og en ydre overflade (152) og omfattende mindst to vævede måt¬ter af forstærkningsfibre, mindst to bånd (134, 136) af forstærkningsfibre placeret mel¬lem det indre lag og det ydre lag, hvor hvert bånd af forstærkningsfibreomfatter mindst to vævede måtter af forstærkningsfibre, en måtte (140) af tilfældigt arrangerede forstærkningsfibre pla¬ceret mellem hvert par af tilstødende bånd af forstærkningsfibre, og en polymerisk resin trukket gennem det ydre lag, det indre lag,hvert bånd af forstærkningsfibre og hver måtte af tilfældige forstærk¬ningsfibre.
