Claims (13)

1. Rekombinant DNA, som er afledt af genomet af et alfavirus af salmonide, og som omfatter: en transkriptionspromotor, og nedstrøms for promotoren og under tran- skriptionel styring af denne; en spacersekvens på i det mindste 5 nukleotider; C-DNA af genomisk RNA af et alfavirus af salmonide.
2. Rekombinant DNA ifølge krav 1,kendetegnet ved, at spacersekvensen defineres af den generelle formel (I) nedenfor: 5’ X ^ CT G AN G ARX2B2X’2 YG AAAX3B3X’3TH 3’ (I) hvor A, T, G og C har deres sædvanlige betydning; H repræsenterer C, T eller A; Y repræsenterer A eller G; R repræsenterer C eller T; N repræsenterer A, T, G eller C; Χλ repræsenterer en oligonukleotid på i det mindste 3 nukleotider, fortrinsvis mellem 6 og 10 nukleotider, af en sekvens, der er komplementær med enden 5’ af genomet af alfavirusset; X2 repræsenterer en oligonukleotid på i det mindste 3 nukleotider, fortrinsvis mellem 3 og 5 nukleotider af en hvilken som helst sekvens; B2 repræsenterer en oligonukleotid på 4 eller 5 nukleotider af en hvilken som helst sekvens; X’2 repræsenterer en oligonukleotid, der er komplementær med X2; X3 repræsenterer en oligonukleotid på i det mindste 2 nukleotider, fortrinsvis mellem 6 og 10 nukleotider af en hvilken som helst sekvens; B3 repræsenterer en oligonukleotid på 4 eller 5 nukleotider af en hvilken som helst sekvens; X’3 repræsenterer en oligonukleotid, der er komplementær med X3.

4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et RNA reptikon af aifavirus af salmonide, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter indførelsen i en værtscelle af et rekom-binant DNA ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 2 eller 3 og kulturen af denne værtscelle.
5. RNA replikon af et alfavirus af salmonide, som kan opnås ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rekombinant alfavirus af salmonide, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter indførelse af et rekombinant DNA ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 2 eller 3 eller et RNA replikon ifølge krav 5 i en værts-celle, hvor alle strukturelle proteiner af dette alfavirus, som er nødvendige for dets indkapsling, og kulturen af denne værtscelle er udtrykt.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at alle de genetiske informationer, som muliggør ekspressionen af de strukturelle proteiner, bæres af det rekombinante DNA eller af RNA replikonet.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at alle eller dele af de genetiske informationer, som muliggør ekspressionen af de strukturelle proteiner, leveres i trans af værtscellen.
9. Rekombinant alfavirus af salmonide, som kan opnås ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 6 til 8.
10. Anvendelse af et rekombinant DNA ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 3 af et RNA replikon af alfavirus af salmonide ifølge krav 5 eller af et rekombinant alfavirus af salmonide ifølge krav 9 med henblik på at opnå en vaccine.
11. Vaccine, som omfatter et rekombinant DNA ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 3.
12. Vaccine, som omfatter et RNA replikon af alfavirus af salmonide ifølge krav 5.
13. Vaccine, som omfatter et rekombinant alfavirus af salmonide ifølge krav 9.
