Abstract
The perforated-bowl-type temperature controller for e.g. barbecue grills includes a spaced insert introduced into the spherical grill casing. The air from the hot grill bottom is raised in temperature during its ascent outside the controller, with corresponding drop in the casing temperature. EMBODIMENT - The perforations are located so as to admit the ash and e.g. grease into the bowl and thus keep the grill clean.
