PATENTKRAV 1. Elektrokirurgi apparat indeholdende - en høj frekvensgenerator (1) med tilhørende effektreguleringssystem, - et håndstykke (2) med indretninger til udskiftelig montering af en elektrode (5), og - et forbindelseskabel (3) imellem generatorens udgang (4) og håndstykket, hvor systemets overføringsfunktion giver en i det væsentlige ren ohmsk overførsel af belastninger på elektrodesiden til forbindelseskablets generatorside ved eller omkring en forudbestemt belastningsimpedans på elektroden (5), kendetegnet ved, - at effektreguleringssystemet indeholder et drivertrin (7) efterfulgt af et reflektometer (9), som er indrettet til at afføle generatorudgangen (4), og - at en detektor (10) er indrettet til at afgive et detektorsignal svarende til det reflekterede signal på generatorudgangen (4), hvor dette detektorsignal er ført til drivertrinet (7) for regulering af dettes forstærkning. 2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at detektorsignalet er ført til drivertrinet (7) gennem en DC-forstærker (11), som er indrettet til at tilpasse DC- niveau og forstærkning.
