Claims (20)
1. 1. Koncentreret væskeformulering omfattende a) 50-215 g/l af en aktiv ingrediens valgt blandt triazol-fungicider, hvori triazol-fungicidet er valgt som tebuconazol, b) 100-600 g/l af en eller flere solventer valgt blandt estre af planteolier, c) 50-400 g/l af en eller flere vandblandbare polære, aprotiske co-solventer, d) 50-300 g/l af en eller flere vandublandbare co-solventer valgt blandt aromatiske carbonhydrider og alkoholer, e) 10-200 g/l as en emulgatorsystem omfattende et elle flere overfladeaktive stoffer, og f) 0-300 g/l yderligere tilsætningsstoffer.
2. Formulering ifølge krav 1, omfattende a) 80-210 g/l af et eller flere aktive ingredienser valgt blandt triazol-fungicider, hvori triazol-fungicidet er valgt som tebuconazol, b) 150-450 g/l af en eller flere solventer valgt blandt estre af planteolier, c) 100-300 g/l af en eller flere vandblandbare polære, aprotiske co-solventer, d) 100-250 g/l af en eller flere vandublandbare co-solventer, valgt blandt aromatiske carbonhydrider og alkoholer, e) 50-150 g/l af et emulgatorsystem omfattende en eller flere overfladeaktive stoffer, og f) 0-300 g/l yderligere tilsætningsstoffer.
3. Formuleringen ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvori komponent b) er valgt blandt alkylestre af fedtsyrer fra planteolier.
4. Formuleringen ifølge krav 3, hvori komponent b) er valgt blandt methylestre af fedtsyrer fra planteolier.
5. Formulering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 4, hvori komponent c) er valgt blandt N-methylpyrrolidon, dimethylsulfoxid, 2-propanol, tetrahyd rof uran, propylencarbonat, gamma-butyrolakton, cyclohexanon, tetrahydrothiophen-l,l-dioxid, N-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidon og tetramethylurea.
6. Formuleringen ifølge krav 5, hvori komponent d) er valgt blandt aromatiske carbonhydrider.
7. Formuleringen ifølge krav 6, hvori komponent d) er valgt blandt solventer eller blandinger af solventer med Flansen opløsningsparametre i områderne 6d 14.3-17.9 MPaA, δρ 0.4-10.0 MPa'/2 og 5h 1.0-13.7 MPa'A.
8. Formuleringen ifølge krav 7, hvori komponent d) er valgt blandt solventer eller blandinger af solventer med Flansen opløsningsparametre i områderne 6d 14.4-17.7 MPaA, δρ 2.0-8.0 MPa'/2 og bh 7.0-13.6 MPa'A.
9. Formuleringen ifølge krav 8 hvori komponent d) er valgt blandt C5-C10-alkoholer.
10. Formuleringen ifølge krav 9 hvori komponent d) er valgt blandt C5-C9 alkoholer.
11. Formuleringen ifølge krav 10 hvori komponent d) er valgt blandt C6-C9 alkoholer.
12. Formuleringen ifølge krav 11 hvori komponent d) er oktanol.
13. Formuleringen ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1-12, hvori komponent e) er valgt blandt anioniske overfladeaktive stoffer, non-ioniske overfladeaktive stoffer, kationiske overfladeaktive stoffer, zwitterioniske overfladeaktive stoffer, polymere overfladeaktive stoffer og blandinger heraf.
14. Formuleringen ifølge krav 13, hvori komponent e) er valgt blandt anioniske overfladeaktive stoffer, non-ioniske overfladeaktive stoffer og blandinger heraf.
15. Formuleringen ifølge krav 14, hvori komponent e) er valgt blandt anioniske overfladeaktive stoffer.
6. Formuleringen ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 15 opløst i vand.
17. Fremgangsmåde til regulering af svamp omfattende at man anvender en formulering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 16 i fortyndet form ved eller nær en plante eller et frø inficeret med svamp eller følsom overfor at blive inficeret med svamp.
8. Anvendelse af en formulering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 16 som et fungicid.
19. Fremgangsmåde til at forhindring af tebuconazol fra krystallisation når det anvendes i en vandig spray-opløsning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter opløsning af formuleringen ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 16 i vand til dannelse af nævnte spray-opløsning.
20. Fremgangs ifølge krav 19, hvori koncentrationen af tebuconazol i den vandige sprayopløsning er mellem 0.0001 og 4 vægt% af den totale spray-opløsning.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 20, hvori koncentrationen af tebuconazol er mellem 0.001 og 3 vægt% af den vandige spray-opløsning.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 21, hvori koncentrationen af tebuconazol er mellem 0.005 og 2 vægt% af den vandige spray-opløsning.
