Claims (8)
1. Apparat til undervandsovervågning af gas, der er forbundet med et fjernbetjent havbundsundersøgelsesudstyr, hvilket apparat indbefatter en detektor (7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14), som indbefatter en opsamler (7, 8, 11, 12) til kontinuert at opsamle borevæskerecirkulation (18, 19, 20) og til at bringe borevæskerecirkulationen (18, 19, 20) i kontakt med en undervands-gassensor (13, 14) for således at muliggøre detektion og/eller måling i realtid af aftapning af overfladisk gas i et borehul, hvilket apparat er egnet til anvendelse med en borerig til boring i en havbund (3, 4), hvor boreriggen indbefatter en borestreng (1), opsamleren (7, 8, 11, 12) indbefatter et opsamlingskammer (8) til at modtage borevæskerecirkulationen (18, 19, 20), der er et resultat af boreoperationen, borevæskerecirkulation indbefatter fluid, som indeholder faste stoffer fra boreoperationen, og, hvis det er til stede, opløst gas, hvilket apparat endvidere indbefatter en udløbsledning (11, 12) til at udlede borevæskerecirkulationen (18, 19, 20) fra opsamlingskammeret (8), kendetegnet ved, at opsamlingskammeret (8) og udløbsledningen (11, 12) er konfigureret således, at borevæskerecirkulationen (18, 19, 20) udledes i en stratificeret strøm, der indbefatter en overvejende opløst gasholdig fase (19), hvor undervandsgassensoren (13, 14) er forbundet med udløbsledningen (11, 12) og anbragt således, at den føler enhver gas i den overvejende opløste gasholdige fase (19) .
2. Apparatet ifølge krav 1, hvor boreriggen yderligere indbefatter et rørformet hus (5) , som i brug er anbragt i et borehul i havbunden (3, 4), og borestrengen (1) er indrettet til at passere derigennem, hvor der generelt foreligger et ringformet rum (7) mellem en indre væg af det rørformede hus (5) og borestrengen (1), gennem hvilken borevæskerecirkulationen (18, 19, 20) kan passere, således at borevæskerecirkulationen (18, 19, 20) kan komme ind i opsamlingskammeret (8).
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilket apparat omfatter et hus, der har en passage derigennem, gennem hvilken borestrengen (1) kan passere, idet opsamlingskammeret (8) er i fluidforbindelse med passagen.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 2 og 3, hvor huset (5) udstrækker sig ind i passagen.
5. Apparat ifølge krav 2 eller 4, der yderligere omfatter en tætning (9, 10) til at forsegle opsamlingskammeret (8) med borestrengen (1) og huset (5) .
6. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor gassensoren (13, 14) indbefatter et føleflade (14) inden i udledningsledningen (11, 12) for at komme i kontakt med den overvejende opløste gasholdige fase (19), hvis til stede.
7. Apparat ifølge krav 6, hvor følefladen (14) er anbragt i et øvre område af udløbsledningen (11, 12), men hvor den er anbragt i afstand fra et topområde således, at den forhindre kontakt med den frie gasfase (20), hvis den er til stede.
8. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor udløbsledningen (11, 12) udstrækker sig fra den ene side af opsamlingskammeret (8) og mod havbunden (3, 4).
