Opfindelsen angår lejesko af den i kravets indledning angivne art.
Lejer af den nævnte art anvendes hovedsagelig til understøtning af møller af væsentlig størrelse til formaling af erts eller lignende. Disse møller har et cylindrisk legeme og er lejret ved enderne af flere hydrostatiske lejesko, som samvirker med en løber på det cylindriske legeme eller på møllen. Sådanne hydrostatiske lejesko er kendte, og de har tidligere været beskrevet bl.a. i de britiske patentskrifter nr. 1.330.484, 1.309.518 og 1.359.839. Når lejerne arbejder, presses olie gennem lejeskoen og flyder ud på den øvre flade af skoen, hvorved løberen løftes lidt, således at den løber på en oliehinde under højt tryk. Når maskinen standses, vil olietilførslen imidlertid blive afbrudt, og løberen vil synke ned og komme i metallisk berøring med lejeskoen.
Det er fornylig blevet foreslået, at løberens radius skulle være lidt mindre end radius af lejeskoens krumning, hvorved der fremkommer berøring langs en linie. Lejeskoen er på sin side understøttet af en kugle, lodret over hvilken der findes en hovedfordybning. Dette betyder, at berøringen langs en linie vil blive brudt ved midterdelen og den på skoen virkende belastning vil søge at bøje skoens sider udad. Endvidere vil overfladetrykket være meget stort og således betyde en risiko for beskadigelse af overfladen, f.eks. nedfræsning.
En måde at løse de nævnte problemer på er at gøre lejeskoen højere eller at anvende materiale med en meget stor styrke. Overfladetrykket vil imidlertid blive det samme, hvad enten man anvender højere lejesko eller et andet materiale. Desuden vil kostprisen blive større.
Ifølge den foreliggende opfindelse er denne bøjningsvirkning fra linieberøringen overvundet ved at udforme lejeskoen som angivet i kravets kendetegnende del. Ved denne udformning opnås, at løberen efter at olietrykket er for- 146486 2 svundet også vil hvile på dette fremspring, således at der ikke vil optræde nogen bøjningsvirkning, eftersom belastningen mere direkte gennem fremspringet vil blive ledet ned til understøtningskuglen. Endvidere vil overfladetrykket gennem berøringen langs linien blive mindre, da berøringslinien er længere.
Opfindelsen forklares nærmere i det følgende under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser en lejesko set fra siden, fig. 2 en lejesko af kendt art set fra oven og fig. 3 en lejesko ifølge opfindelsen set fra oven.
I fig. 1 har en løber 1 en radius R^, medens lejeskoen har en hulning med radius RL* Skoen er understøttet af en kugle 3. Berøring langs en linie vil optræde som vist ved 4, når olietrykket mangler.
Fig. 2 viser en hovedfordybning 5 lodret over kuglen 3.
Som det fremgår af figuren vil berøringslinien kun bestå af liniestykkerne 6. 1 fig. 3, der viser lejeskoen ifølge opfindelsen, er der i midten af hulheden 5 et cirkulært fremspring 7. Dette fremspring vil ikke ændre skoens lejeforhold, når olietrykket er til stede og løberen roterer. Da der ikke er noget olieudløb i fremspringet 7, vil der være et statisk olietryk over det. Ved standsning vil løberen 1 hvile på fremspringet 7, og lejeskoen 2 udsættes derfor ikke for bøjningspåvirkning fra løberen 1.
